Michael ‘merla888’ Gathy has been one of the most consistent performers to date in the 2019 PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker and that continued on Saturday as the Belgian pro picked up his second win of the week.

Gathy outlasted 78 other players to get heads-up with Rui ‘RuiNF’ Ferreira in Event #66 High ($10,300 Eight Game High Roller). The pair came to an agreement on a deal before playing for the title with Gathy coming out on top. Gathy took home $190,495.39 while Ferreira had to settle for $173,504.61. Former SCOOP Main Event winner Talal ‘raidalot’ Shakerchi took third for $112,000.

Russian ‘CrazyLissy‘ beat Ramiro ‘ramastar88‘ Petrone heads-up to win Event #61 High ($2,100 No Limit Hold’em) for $115,509.35 and their first WCOOP victory. Petrone pocketed $87,491.68 as the runner-up while reigning SCOOP Main Event champ Gianluca ‘Tankanza’ Speranza earned $66,269.94 for finishing in third place.

Jorryt ‘TheCleaner11’ van Hoof won his second WCOOP title in two years by winning Event #67 High ($530 No Limit Hold’em Six Max, Hyper-Turbo) for $70,860.30. Joel ‘Odonkor1’ Nordkvist took home $50,339.71 as the runner-up while Andras ‘probirs’ Nemeth, who was unseated as the #1-ranked player in the world this week by Patrick ‘pleno1’ Leonard, finished third for $35,761.94.
