Prize pools were down this week for online tournaments now the the SCOOP is over and the World Series of Poker has begun. Despite numbers being down, it was still an exciting week for many PocketFivers who recorded big cashes.

Seven PocketFivers were featured at the final table of the Super Tuesday on PokerStars. United Kingdom’s Ben jenbizzle Jones finished on top of this tournament for $78,295.

While Jones was the big winner, it was second place finisher Tudor fbg1919Purice stealing the headlines this week. Not only did his runner-up performance in the Super Tuesday net him $58,140, but he also took second place in the Volcano on 888 Poker for $16,000.

Neeeeekwas the winner in the other huge tournament on PokerStars this week, as he binked the Thursday Thrill for $42,794 plus bounties. Puropokertook fourth place in this tournament for $17,840 plus bounties, while felter took sixth place for $9,478.

Denmark’s Skrigepasled the way in the Fat Tuesday on Full Tilt, beating out the 79-player field to win $16,000. This tournament, which featured a small overlay, had four other PocketFivers at the final table including Canada’s AB_Poker_12(third place for $7,000), Dominican Republic’s Francis NohaymiedoCruz (fourth place for $5,500), Canadian resident Jeffrey YoungSupremacyHakim ($3,000 for sixth place), and Denmark’s madsmk ($1,500 for eighth place).
