This week's Podcast features interviews with Dan "Wretchy" Martin and Andy Bloch.

At the beginning of 2008, Dan Martin had a ton of poker ambition but very few results in high stakes tournaments. Some PocketFivers were skeptical when "Wretchy" set his sights on becoming one of the best online tournament players on the internet, but months later he has prevailed in ways that have silenced almost all of the critics.

In this week's interview, Dan shares part of his story, which didn't start out as a promising one. His first big break came in Pot Limit Omaha cash games, where we ran a few hundred dollars all the way to $200,000. From there, he went on the win the Full Tilt PokerSunday Brawl for $70k, the PokerStarsNightly Hundred Grand and the UltimateBet Sniper tournament.

Andy Bloch, a representative of Full Tilt Poker, is our second guest on this week's show as he calls-in on behalf of the Poker Players Alliance. The PPA hosted an event during the Democratic National Convention in Denver, and will also host an event at next week's Republican National Convention. Our listeners can sign up for a PPA membership and join over 1,000,000 members by visiting www.PokerPlayersAlliance.org.
