So Merge officially stopped tracking my results on September 5th 2016. Too bad as well because I had just begun a pretty epic heater that has continued on through October which you’ll be reading about as soon as the month is over. For a spoiler you can follow me on Twitter @YourPokerPastor to see what I mean.
This was a good time for a heater because the previous 3 months’ variance was kicking my butt and I was in one of those “Will I ever win again”, “Has the game passed me by”, “Is it not variance but bad play”, etc kind of mindsets. However, I have a great support system in guys like DrewPeacoq8 and Assassinato who encouraged me to keep playing and variance would even itself back out.
Intellectually I knew this but it’s always hard when you’re in the midst of it.
In any case, I got back on the good side of it and had a great month. Here is the up-date on where my Merge stats would have been at the end of September. I will up-date the career cashes and the career earnings at the end of October so I can keep the number as accurate as possible. As one side note, my Poker Dominator stats include some tourney’s that P5’s has missed through the years so I’m including the corrected number here which will make it look like my September cashes were slightly better than they actually were.
Merge Lifetime Total: $ 339422.13
Career Lifetime Total: To be up-dated in October report
Career number of Cashes: To be up-dated in October report
