    I’m sorry but I think there is something we are missing here. TB are tournament bucks and they are not the Combat Points you accumulate with your play. Tournament Bucks are earned when winning a satellite for a tournament that you are already registered for.

  4. Recently on ACR I received a bonus offer. It was a pop up from the site that was on the platform (app based, not browser based). The pop up said it was a referral based bonus. I was playing 4 MTT guaranteed tournaments that night. Once the bonus was clicked the ACR client shut down. I was not running any other programs on my computer. I immediately tried to run ACR again and the app would not open and kept throwing up errors. I thought this could be a network connectivity issue. So I opened my browser and everything worked fine. I ran anti-virus and nothing was reported wrong. I then ran malware detection and came back with nothing. I reset my computer and network router and the APP still would not connect. So I gave up and went to bed. The tournies were not high buy-ins and it was getting late. The next morning I wake up, go to my computer and delete/reinstall the ACR poker client. Only then did it reconnect to ACR. First I get on chat with support and immediately get accused of lying and asked "oh so you want a refund?". I told the chat support specialist that I felt it was a poker client issue and I would like a refund for the tournies I was forced to sit out of due to the fact that only your APP crashed and only your APP would not connect. They responded with "a manager is not available". So the next day I get an email stating that they have no reported issues and no refunds will be applied. Now for the thousands of dollars I play with on this site monthly you would think a mere $30 in buy-ins would not be a big deal. But ACR has made this a big deal. So I asked that they confirm the times I was disconnected from the site and they would not confirm inactivity for my account. After this email all my emails were responded to with the same blanket "we will not help you" response from the manager. I am 100% that the issue was ACR client APP based and this company is horrible at support/customer issues. I removed all funds and will not be playing here any longer. Its not about the refund, its about ACR chat reps/customer support managers not even listening and then accusing customers of cheating/lying. If you would like a small sample of the amount of ACR tournaments I have played check out my twitch at RUMADIMURDAD15. If I was going to ask for a refund and was not legit I would ask for my sunday MTT buyins. Not a microstake night. Now you lost a player. And I will tell more.

    We apologize about this situation, I checked all your emails. I jus want to make sure the hand or tournament ID you are asking so I can check them with the tournament department. I sent you a message with those tournament IDs let me know if those are the correct ones.

    Them - There must be a problem with the processor. We can open a ticket but it may take 5-7 days for them to respond.

    I had them open a ticket and they told me that I would be notified by email once the ticket was opened. No email received so far.

    I talked with the Deposit department. I checked with them the message of the rejected transactions and it keeps saying rejected by the bank. On this case, we have 2 ways to go:

    -Call the bank again and explain to them that when you try to do an international transaction it keeps saying blocked by the bank.

    -Use those cards with the alternative deposits method like Bitcoins. Click here to see the steps of how to use bitcoins.

    If it was blocked by the bank wouldn't the bank have a record of the blocked transaction? I just talked to the fraud department at the bank and they do not see ANY blocked transactions on my card. I think the next step is you should ask your processor for the transaction ID from the bank because they should have one. My guess is they are giving a false message. I am not going to setup bitcoin just to use your poker site. I will find somewhere else to play.

    I will even get on a conference call with you and my bank so you can hear directly from them that they a) have not rejected any transaction and b) have no restrictions on my card.

    Thank you for letting me know, I talked with the deposit department. I explained all this situation that you tried to deposit and it did not go through. So they contacted the processor and told us that it was the processor who is blocking your cards. I'm really sorry about all this whole situation. I totally appreciate your patience and cooperation. The best and easy way to deposit would be a P2P (as you already did it )or Bitcoins. Please, if you need help or have any questions let me know.

    Their processor is the ones rejecting the VISA cards. They flat out told me that. Best thing to do is set up a Bitcoin account. I use Coinbase. It's free. And you can withdraw to this account too and transfer the funds back into your bank account. It's free and easy to set up.

    We are deeply sorry about the wrong information CS provided you, all MTTs do count to release a bonus, however, any play at Jackpot Poker tables and Sit & Go 2.0 games do not count toward bonus release.
