1. Ignition and vada software always been kinda junk, but new problem i'm having is preventing me from grinding. Anyone else having problems opening up tables, and or closing tables, lobbies, and replays. I must have restarted the software 20 times the other day trying to get all my tables up. Ended up blinding out of 2 that wouldn't even open. Seems like the tourney lobbies freeze trying to open up a table, then everything after that is fucked. Once one table fails to open, no other tables can be opened until software is restarted.

    If you guys are having the same problem, is there any fix to it?

    Ignition just updated their software lately and restarting your PC and clearing your cache sometimes help. I read that most mac players have less crashes since the update and more crashes for pc users :(. If you are using HUD. they just started working perfectly again about 2 days ago.

  5. What I have noticed now is you cant hit the minimize button and have 4 tables minimize perfectly to fit the screen. Its a pain to do it manually. Also you have to type in the bet amount twice to get it to take. Sometimes it defaults to the minimum bet amount. Costed me money a couple of times to find that out.

  6. I am so ****ing done with this ****ing site. I am currently reg'd and playing the 30K with no issues. However, I can't even open my table in the $200 70K guarantee and everytime I click take my seat, it either stops loading at 97% or gets to 100% and says the table doesn't exist anymore. This is a ****ing joke

    Most of the times I open ignition, the popup doesn't appear and the lobby doesn't populate. When this occurs, logging in is impossible.

    Usually, opening the program 20 or 30 times will result in a successful population of the lobby. I can then log in and play (assuming the bull**** table issue I cited above doesn't happen).

    Still can't access my table in the 70k....support had no answers.

After an hour on the phone, elevation to a supervisor and explaining ad nauseum why the $215 should be a refund as opposed a bonus (all bonuses have playthru), the supervisor said he would remove all playthru requirements. He is also providing me with a tourney ticket for the 30K i had to sitout a bunch during troubleshooting.

    Overall, they could've treated me worse although still no real resolution on the issue itself (will send them log files). They also will not admit any fault on their end and insisted it must be something isolated to my setup.

    What OS are those of you who have seen the table closed issue? I'm using Win10

    the only thing i did in mine is:

    close all programs, run cclearner then reboot pc.
    Try running it without any other program, if it works. start running your other softwares(skype,HUD,virus scanner.etc)


    Hope you get yours fixed.

  12. mine goes to the liveupdate screen and then it just disappears! Never shows it's actually updating and never opens the software. Just disappears.... I played on it a week ago and it was fine... now not working at all
