1. One of the most popular stops on the Heartland Poker Tour takes players to the Golden Gates Casino and Poker Parlour in Black Hawk, Colorado now through February 20th. The $1,650 Main Event has generated prize pools over $1,000,000 for several years, and with four starting flights (starting Wednesday February 15), the expectation is for more of the same this time. Over the next week, there are plenty of chances to get in via a one-table satellite for $130 (top 3 get a $380 qualifier seat) or $380 (top 2 get a $1,650 seat)

This weekend, Golden Gates is running a $300 Monster Stack tournament with two more flights to register (today and Saturday) and smaller buy-in events Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The full schedule of events can be found at http://www.hptpoker.com/eventinfo.php?yid=2017&eid=3 and you can find structures for all events here.

Updates of the Main Event provided by the Hold'em Radio team at www.hptupdates.com and the final table likely recorded for broadcast later at twitch.tv/hptpoker.

  4. The final table is set at Golden Gates, and it's a pretty stacked final table.

Zo Karim starts the final table as the chip leader, but the two WSOP Colossus winners (Cord Garcia - 2nd and Ben Keeline - 6th) join him at the final table. Dan O'Brien starts the final table 3rd in chips when play resumes at 2pm Mountain time. Each player is guaranteed at least $21,634 from the prize pool with first place receiving $248,732.

Here's a look at the final nine players and their chip counts:

    Zo Karim 5,745,000
    Cord Garcia 5,385,000
    Dan O'Brien 4,240,000
    Andrew Dean 2,200,000
    Saad Vasquez 2,200,000
    Ben Keeline 1,185,000
    Justin Enger 1,150,000
    Ed Sebesta 910,000
    Torii Beeding 620,000

The final table is being filmed for TV, but will appear on Twitch at www.twitch.tv/hptpoker on Tuesday as the Internet at Golden Gates isn't good enough to maintain a live stream.

Updates of the final table can be found later today at www.hptupdates.com
