Thread Starter: ***Official 3 Tier Team Competition Jan24th-Feb20th 2011***

With P5s scoring

This is a TEAM Competition. This will be a draft so we are looking for team captains as well. Preferably High Stakes guys as the captains but if we don’t have enough to volunteer then we will accept low/mid stakes guys for captains. If you want to be a team captain PM me your AIM screen name. The draft will be held Saturday Night (1/22/11) at 7:00pm EST. Pokerstars+Fulltilt+Ultimate Bet are eligible sites. Please spread the word. Signups end Saturday afternoon (1/22/11) at 3:00pm EST.

Tier 1 – Low Stakes

• Freezeouts+ME up to and including $55

• Rebuys up to and including $22 (as long as initial buy in $22 or less)

• Cubes up to and including $22 (as long as initial buy in is $22 or less)

Tier 2 – Mid Stakes

• Freezeouts+ME up to and including $640

• Rebuys up to and including $55 (as long as initial buy in is $55 or less).

• Cubes up to and including $55(as long as initial buy in is $55 or less).

Tier 3 – High Stakes

• Everything except the 10k HU.

All scoring will be done by using the p5s point system. Top 20 scores will be counted(can chance this if wanted). The team averaging the best finish will be the winners (therefore everyone must participate).

Entry Fees:

Tier 1 - $100+20

Tier 2 - $500+50

Tier 3 - $1000+100

Transfer money to:

• Full Tilt: njw11, panda/city - s

• Pokerstars: njw11, city - streetsboro

• Ultimate Bet: njw111, ub name – nathaniel

PLEASE POST WHEN SHIPPED.

Payout Structure: If your team wins, you win whatever tier you are in.

0-7 Teams – Winner-Take-All

8+ Teams – First gets 70%, Second gets %30

The $100+20, $500+50, $1000+100, is for individual scoring. This allows players who smash their tier to still make money, even if their other teammates finished terrible. So if you finish first in your tier and first in the team portion. You win the team entry + the individual entry.

scoring example-(assuming 4 people on each team)

Team 1: Tier 1 - 1st, Tier 2 - 3rd and 5th, Tier 3 - 6th

Team 2: Tier 1 - 2nd, Tier 2 - 1st and 7th, Tier 3 - 4th

Team 1 = 1+3+5+6 = 15. 15/4 = 3.75

Team 2 = 2+1+7+4 = 14/4 = 3.5

Team 2 Wins

I'd be down for increasing the FO buy-in back to the orginal $640. I think that's reasonable.

$640 was what I actually signed up for in the first place, change it back to that please. It's a team event, I don't think anyone would be at a huge disadvantage if they don't play 500s or the Main.
