FTP down?

No response to any e-mails. This was obviously widespread, more widespread than usual showing the range of people that posted in the thread. The correct thing to do would be to pay all of us, they know damn well it was their fault. Chance that happens? ...im saying zero. Sucks. I bet almost all of us continue to play on their site, though, and it'll be forgotten. FTP HAS to fix their servers, this is a twice a week thing!

I havent played a tourney there since. I will likely play the ftops / mini ftops series in the future but that will be it, my 500 pts a day ave will go by the wayside...

yea i cant bring myself to register for anything on tht site til i atleast get a email back about wht th deal is let alone a refund and sum kind of icm equity payback. very frustrating to blind out at a final table n not even get a email back from th site w/in atleast 24 hours

would appreciate if any of like th black carders on here would let us know wht they said once they hear back from them cus im sure they will b getting replay b4 th smaller fishies

i'm sorry guys. I got comp'd like 188$ was playing sngs but since I mincashed most of them they don't give you any $$$ if you cash but I had 200$ equity in one heads up table alone so I took it up the butt like everyone else... they didn't say anything about what happened or acknowledged that it was their fault, they probs just gave me as lil $$$ as possible to keep my rake in their pockets.

It is official, I got a refund. It only took almost a week, 7 emails, 5 auto responses, and 2 responses saying they will respond, but here it is.....I wish the best of luck to everyone else getting a refund, it is only fair.

so unreal that this can still happen to so many people on 1 of th 2 biggest poker sites there is. i have sent like 8 or 9 emails on ths n cant even get a reply besides them saying "o well we need more info cus th exact date and time that you said u disconnected just isnt enuf info to know what tournies u disconnected from" like lol give me a break. so pissed tht nothing has been done about ths and is pretty funny that almost no1 seems to give a shit.

i hope a FTOPS final table disconnects this week and every1 realizes th site is a joke when they dont pause th tourney and just let every1 blind out and then make them wait 3 weeks just to get a reply saying "duhhh lol what tourney was it again?" /rant

I have had FTP crash on me on 2 instances. One time, it was a complete server crash and rules 31.1-31.3 were enforced and everyone was catered too fairly well. The other time, there were many other players experiencing the same issues as me (but not all) and I was not refunded any of my money for the 4 MTTs I was playing that had already started.

Basically, if it's not a full server crash, they are not going to do anything for you. This is one of the many reasons why I stopped playing at Full Tilt.

8th email for me still no real response. bye bye ftpizzle

checks fail

wires fail

support fails

pretty sure the sky is failing over there... easier on me to withdraw than stand for this stuff.

now actually getting my funds is obv pie in my face. gg ftp
