Revolution (Cake & Lock) Deposit & Cashout Thread

Yeah the 10% thing is sorta confusing. They used to require the 10% upfront and then youd have to email and have it reimbursed. Then sometimes they would reimburse you automatically. On the first round of withdrawals after WU came back on 12/31 of last year they didnt deduct the fee. Then for the next batch, which occurred in a separate month, the fee was deducted - meaning max withdrawal is like 1795 or something. About 3 weeks ago Shane (the Lock forum rep on 2p2) said he'd ask the cashier to clarify the situation, but naturally there hasn't been any word on this. So pretty much just email support relentlessly until you get your 10%.

check requested 11/15

They attempted to deliver the check last week. I wasn't home to sign for it. I am going to FedEx to pick it up tonight.

That's about 4 months of wait time.

Still waiting on a Western Union from early January. It's been verified but I am waiting for my MTCN still.

I received a reply after 3 days from my last email with another apology, more insistence that my payout would be with the next batch, and 25$ credit to their casino, which I immediately transferred to my poker account.

Hello

Thank you for your email.

We are sorry for the issue. We do not receive intermediate updates during a cashout request that has been delayed so our responses cannot vary too much as we can only relate to you that we will have your cashout with you as soon as possible.

When your details have been made available we will be in contact with you to supply you the details.

Please bear with us and understand that we have no different response to relay to you apart from this. In saying this, players who have been delayed are receiving their cashouts daily. We will have a resolution for yours shortly too.

Kind regards,

Diana

I don't believe your explanation. There is certainly no problem with the

processors processing the volume of funds being sent to Lock. WU deposits

are processed in a few minutes yet WU payouts take months. There is no

legitimate reason for this disparity in timelines to occur. The only

logical explanation is that LOCK does not have sufficient funds to process

payouts requests as they occur.

Hello ,

Thank you for your email.

These delays have resulted from issues with our processing partners. More specifically that there are challenges with volumes for these processors. Unfortunately they cannot push a button and process all outstanding cashouts in 1 minute. If the processors overwhelm WU they may lose their ability to process these transactions all together. As a result they are only able to push as much as they can through these channels.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by these processing lags. We hope to have new processors in place soon to help increase the cashout times back to more traditional timeframes. In the meantime while I cannot confirm an exact date/time for completion of your payout. I can assure you that the Cashier Team are working in earnest to complete your payout asap. We certainly appreciate your patience.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Crista

western union is the only way to go with lock. last time took 8 weeks (way too long still), processed 1/1/13 and received 3/1/13. the time before that in november, it took 4 weeks. for the past month though, i've been using a broker to get my money on the fly. 24-72 hour cashouts, only 8% vig on my first cashout of the month, and 15% on the second.

I requested a check on Nov 28th. Ive been emailing support a few times a week and they always respond with the same generic reply. I finally received an email today that my payout has been processed and will be sent via Fedex within 7-10 business days. I'll keep you all posted if the check ever arrives and if it clears.

I'm going to try WU for my next withdrawal. Waiting 8 weeks sure sounds better than 16 weeks.

I will try posting this here and see if it stays (my posts on this subject keep getting deleted from 2+2)

Shane from Lock keeps saying that they have no control over payments, well I think he is lying. Here is a link that shows information about Lock's payment processor and the relationship they have with Lock.

http://http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=206819540

In case u r too lazy to click on the link, here r the details:

JDB Services N.V. doing business as Lock Poker offers online poker services. The company is based in Oss, the Netherlands.

Contact Info:

Sint Sebastiaanstraat 60

Oss, 5341 LJ

Netherlands

Phone:

lockpoker.eu

This is what I find really Interesting:

Under the heading: Recent Private Companies Transactions; this is what is listed:

Type

Date

Merger/Acquisition

May 7, 2012

Target

Cake Gaming N.V.

JDB Services N.V. does not have any Key Executives recorded.

Notice the date is about the same time that Lock announces that it buying the Cake Network. Here are some links:

http://www.pokernews.com/news/2012/05/lock-poker-leaving-merge-gaming-network-puchasing-cake-poker-12601.htm

http://www.examiner.com/article/lock-poker-to-buy-cake-poker-network-relaunching-as-revolution-gaming

JDB Services and the Revolution Network are both located Curaçao.

Here is a link to JDB Services cashout page https://processor6.realtimegaming.com/cashier/dynaHelp.asp?Sportsbook=JDB%20Services&ShowTOC=1&Topic=Deposit

If you look in the top right corer you will find a 1 800 number plus this email address: support@lockpoker.eu

The two websites look kind of the same as well as some of the wording (I will admit this is a weak point):

http://revolutiongaming.eu/

http://jdbservicesnv.com/index.html

So is Lock Poker/Revolution and JDB Services the same company?

2/12/2013 - Requested $2000 WU withdrawal

2/13/2013 - Emailed lock support and asked about the status of the withdrawal. I received a response very quickly stating that it would take 7-14 business days to process.

Checked the status every day for about 3 weeks with no change.

3/04/2013 - 14 business days since I requested payout. Emailed support and got a generic response.

3/16/2013 - Still pending approval. Emailed support and got another canned response.

I requested a moneybookers cashout 2 months ago, still waiting! I emailed support every day and all they do is lie to me. I even tried to message the LOCK PROS via twitter.

nicky evans â€@nickyevanspoker 13 Feb

@CHIEFGOODEN1 this should be fixed this month. Obviously it's very frustrating and all I can do is apologize.

casey jarzabek â€@bigdogpckt5s 21h

@CHIEFGOODEN1 we are told they are working on it yes. I really don't have any inside info tho.

Melanie Weisner â€@melanieweisner 6h

@CHIEFGOODEN1 it's the top priority at the moment, the next couple months will show some serious improvements, hang in there with us!
