In the U.S. thinkin about grinding on Bovada. Best Choice?

People who play there seem to be happy with bovada, but I find the software and the anonymous tables a little annoying. It's probably the best option because cashouts are quick and they are probably the most trustworthy US site right now. They also have a pretty good selection of games.

The Bovada software is much better than it used to be but it still is pretty painful. At least they allow more than 4 tables now.

I think site preference right now is based on what is important to you. If you like speedy cashouts, Bovada has had some phenomenal check payout times of late (as little as 4 calendar days!) and their field sizes and guarantees are only smaller than Merge at this point. But if you use a HUD, or even wish to take notes on players, it is a non-starter due to the anonymous tables (where you are just a number). Software is so-so, but has improved.

Merge has the largest fields and biggest guarantees, and the best software. But payouts can take weeks if you are on the wrong skin. Try a skin with its own cashier (such as Poker Host) but even then I do not believe that the payouts match Bovada for their speed at this point.

If software is important to you, you'll want to avoid Winning (ACR. BlackChip, True), as well as if field sizes and guarantees are important to you, as they are the smallest. But if cashouts are important to you, their debit card option, with its 1-3 day speed and lack of potential hassle with foreign checks, is he simplest and fastest way to get your money off of any of these sites.

I spread out my play accross all three, Good luck!

I'm still waiting on a Bovada cashout from 6/21. Not sure if i should email them but seems pretty slow considering the feedback.

You should definitely e-mail them, and post this in the Bovada cashout thread. Check your address with them if this is a check payout as well.

If I deposit on to Bovada thru western union do I have to gice away any personal information through depositing or getting a payout???

I believe that Western Union, through an e-mail I recently received from them, requires that you do, but others who deposit via Western Union recently (I haven't deposited via this method since it was Bodog) can confirm.
