You need to calm down. As far as I know, there has never been a legit case where Bovada didn't pay out. I get checks every month from them and the delivery times vary. Stop calling every day, listen to what support has to say, and just wait.

Update..a bovada supervisor sent me an apology after they heard about this post.guess they investigated problem.she claimed a computer glitch was the issue and they are expediting a new check immediately....they also loaded my account with a generous amount of $$$.$$...so I will have to say that they finally made an attempt to resolve problem...hopefully in future they don't have software issues that affect the payouts..the last thing you need is a tracking number assigned to an empty envelope..

I'm most likely done playing this site after I run out of funds...at least they solved this situation and made it right..it did take posts to put pressure on them to figure out what happened...I got lucky..I did my research and made 1 call to a number I won't discuss and 20 minutes later I got a call and that was that

Does anyone who has used Bitcoin for cashouts, or know about Bitcoin enlighten me a little bit about it? Bovada allows bitcoin cashouts more frequent and faster than any other method so i'm curious how reliable it is. Can the debit cards be used anywhere? Is it easy to convert to money? Thanks in advance for any insight.

You most likely had them cancel the first check cause you're an idiot who couldn't wait. Now you're on your 3rd check. Please stop posting on here. You don't have any useful info. gl in the future, go tell them your story on 2+2, i'm sure they would love to hear it. mods, can you just give this guy his own badbeat thread?

lol. Bovada has been the best at cashouts for the last few years. It's a shame won't be able to play there anymore. Never waited more than 10-14 days and usually only a week for checks or credit to banking account. I had one check bounce from them and it was taken care of immediately.

Time to move back to michigan i guess......j/k

I've had nothing but good experiences with Bitcoin withdrawals through bovada, consistently processed in average of 2 to 3 days. I'll explain the process that I go through. You need to purchase Bitcoin through an exchange (I use circle), this links directly to your debit card/bank account. While you can directly send and receive Bitcoin through your exchange, it is not recommended because exchanges consider themselves legitimate financial institutions and don't want any connection to gambling sites, so you should use a Bitcoin wallet as a go between (I use Blockchain). So Circle <-> Blockchain <-> Bovada. Now when cashing out it can take up to 2 days to transfer $ from your exchange to your bank account. I got around this by getting a debit card that can be loaded via bitcoin, I use Bitpay, it cost $10 and took 7 business days to arrive, but you can load and withdraw instantly. I withdrew from carbon on Tuesday morning and had cash in hand by 1:30pm today (Thursday). I also requested a withdrawal through Ignition (1st time since I transferred my account) around the same time and am still waiting for it to be processed, but i don't expect it to take any longer than normal (unless they pull the whole "you haven't deposited with us yet" crap). Hope that helps backpackhooper

How long did it take to get reviewed? I started last Monday the 16th of August nothing has happened yet. Funds still in the account?

My last letter to them today.

8-20-2016

Dear Ignition Casino Payouts

A.) You have still not reviewed my withdrawal from Ignition Casino for $1100 now 6 days later.

B.) Your customer service by phone is like talking to a stone wall. Nothing gets done

C.) For a company that has been in business as a Casino for 2 years you should have this down by now.

D.) I will not reduce the amount of the withdrawal as the time process is so long for you to get started on the first one.

E.) I tried to add more funds to the account but its in limbo. It only gives me two choices. Cancel the withdrawal or not.

F.) I will continue to play on Bovada poker as there are no rules against this till you get your payment processing in order.

G.) I can also play ACR and Sportsbook.ag so we have three other options.

H.) I like the Ignition site but you have to establish a history with the poker community first.

I.) Right now your track record is very suspect.

J.) 48 hours now have become 144 hours and still no process.

K.) I had some spare cash on Bovada and transferred $19.12 last night still not in the account so you are not earning any money from me as Bovada is getting my business. I play 5 to 8 tournaments and cash PLO daily so your losing rake by not doing your part.

L.) Why is it taking 6 days to review a payout and I cant deposit any more funds. So you create your own logjam.

M.) If it takes 6 days to initiate the original payout what would happen if I reduced it. Another 6 days on top?

This is not acceptable.

What payment method are you using? In the past I've had checks take weeks to get reviewed from Bovada, and I'm only assuming they are using the same processors. This was the longest I've ever had to wait for a Bitcoin withdrawal from this network (requested 8/16 at around 3:00am, received 8/20 at 8:45am), before that it was 72hrs. The money remains in my account right up until it's sent

It's your bank bud. I've had 3 different banks over the years, and I never once experienced a problem with Bovada. A lot of banks who cash international checks are extremely careful however. In general, It takes about 7-8 days of receiving a check from Bovada, and all checks have cashed for me no problem. Online Poker is a sketchy business though, so it's not surprising that people run into trouble depositing. But in all fairness to Bovada, they have a great track record of paying their customers.

I have deposited thousands of dollars like so many others and the first time I request a withdrawal for a lousy $500 bucks and they are putting me threw the ringer.

I had to send front and back copies of my id, front and back copies of my credit card, authorization forms and more. this has been going on for a week, whatever they want I give them this is a legitimate withdrawal of my money and they wont process.

Every time I send them what they want they ask for something else, funny when I was depositing it was just one click to take my money and they never asked for any verification.

POKER PLAYERS BEWARE!!! BOVADA WILL NOT PAY YOU.. FOR ME THEY DID ME A FAVOR EVEN IF I DONT GET MY $500 THEY SAVED ME THOUSANDS BECAUSE THEY LOST ME A CUSTOMER AND I WILL BE POSTING DAILY ABOUT THIS SCAM OF A SITE!

Hi,

I went through this same process in the beginning of my account process as well, and had to do it a second time years later. It took a bit of time, but it was easy, and painless. Just call their online number and tell them you have sent everything requested.

I have made a lot, lot, lot of different payouts and deposits over the years, and this site has actually some of the faster payouts i have experienced. My checks come within 10 days normally. If you want to just complain about a site for your first experience, that is being immature.

You should first go to the forums and ask if people have had similar experiences, being one of those quick to complain people never helps.

Best of luck though, i am sure it will be done soon.

Well... my last cash out only took 11 hours, so they are absolutely paying their players. I've had checks take up to 6 weeks in the past. You can usually get a feel of what the time frame will take by looking at cash out threads on here and other forums. And I've had to verify my identity with every poker site I have played on, it's nothing new and certainly not a scam.

FWIW I cashed out bitcoin on Bovada on a friday night and it was in my Coinbase wallet like 7:30am the next day. I linked to checking account and transfer was pretty easy. Also did bitcoin withdrawl on Ignition and that took about 36hrs to get into my Coinbase wallet.

Is anyone having problems depositing via bank/debit card as of late? I've been trying for 2/3 days now and it won't let me deposit. Error message on the page says something along the lines of "international block on the card. Contact your bank etc etc" when I do contact them and ask them the to unblock the international block. They tell me there isn't a block on my card and it might be on the merchant's end. I've never had a problem like this before, ever! I honestly think Bovada just wants everyone to start using bitcoin. Cause the banks are catching on. I mean kinda make sense now cause we haven't been able to get payouts back to our cards/bank accounts like we did in the past.

So is there another Legit US site that someone can refer me too. Since Bovada keeps on insisting I use bitcoin, which I don't want to do. I hate to leave Bovada, but I just don't know how to do the whole bitcoin thing.
