I've been playing on ACR for 3 weeks. I ran my account up to 4k. They are giving me the run around and have not only suspended my account for "routine investigation" but they have ignored me for 8 days. they keep hanging up on me on the phone or say management isn't available. I have pics of the live chat so you can see how big of a scam they are. Does anyone know how to get payed out from people like this?

The Security and Fraud department is handling your case, they told me that they will contact you within 24 hours. If they don't get in touch with you, let me know so I can help you.

There has to be some reason for their investigation. Since you provided no facts but simply said you won money and then boom they investigated, it appears like you are hiding facts to tell a biased narrative of your story, which isn't fair either. I have had good experiences and easy deposits and cash out experiences on ACR, maybe you were colluding or won it in a scammy way too, but without the facts we can't know.

Like,what does that ''i ran my account up to 4K"means ? lol Did you deposit $20 and then played 10NL 4tables max for 3 weeks making $3980 exl rakeback ? I can understand that in such case they wanna look at hero/villain a little closer,giving him a time out while doinig so

I want to start off by saying that i have no affiliation with WPN, ACR or any other online poker site whatsoever. Im simply a regular player who if you have played on the site with any frequency in the past two years, you would recognize my screen name. I was a regular player at ACR since June of 2016, and have an account and sometimes play on almost all of the skins available to US players (not at the same time of course). I played nearly every day, am up money lifetime on the site- mostly playing tournaments and some PLO cash games. Anytime in the past that i wanted to cash out small/medium amounts, it was done in what i considered to be a acceptable timeframe, and i usually had the bitcoin in my wallet within a few days. I had no serious problems to speak with ACR until recently, but as they say: When it rains, it pours and its certaintly seems to be pouring at ACR.

The first major problem i had with them started in March 2018. I had previously banned myself from their casino which after being a lifetime poker player and gambler, spending far too many days in the casino in between poker games down in the pit and knowing how to correctly play and bet them.. I came to the realization that the casino at ACR was anything but legitimate. It is so absolutely glaringly obviously manipulated that i couldnt stand to bare watching another two card 20 get run out on by a 9 card 21 or losing 25 hands in a row after raising my bet. I had so many jaw dropping moments of absolute ridiculousness and sketchy absolutely statistically impossible things happen in succession that i just coundnt bare to watch it steal from me anymore. So after the self ban i didnt even try and open the casino tab because i knew it didnt work. One day i accidentially opened the sports tab while 8 tabling and misclicked the leaderboard button of the sit and crush. When it opened i noticed a blackjack option in the bottom right and clicked it and lo and behold, a blackjack window popped open and told me to place my bets. I began playing and it seemed fairly legitimate. I ran the amount up and down, but during this time there were a number of instances where i would push with the dealer, and the software for whatever reason treated the hand as a loss, and took the funds from my account. At first i thought i was just seeing things, but as time went on i began noting my balance and saw that it was in fact taking money that it wasnt supposed to. This happened on a handful of occasions in the same session and i documented when they happened and the hands where they happened. The total amount taken from my bankroll which should have been returned was around $500. I emailed ACR with this information and they told me that i had to contact the casino department over at DGS and talk to them. I did so and they told me that I in fact had no history, and didnt play any casino game on their software and that i was not being truthful and trying to get over on them. When i sent them the history from my account they accused me of faking the documents. I snipped the screenshots with the snipping tool on windows and they told me they would get back to me in 24-48 hours to let me know what was going on and they said they would provide me with the hand history so that i could show them the hands in question. 5 days layer i called them back and they told me that they dont know what i was talking about that they had no history or indicaton that i had played anything in their casino. Again i referenced the history that i had provided and they told me that i had to deal with it through ACR, that my account was incapable of accessing the casino and thats all they could do about it. When i emailed ACR about the problem, 3 days later they emailed me back and said that there was a problem with a recent debit card deposit i had made. I emailed them back and told them that i dont even have the card deposit option available on my account, and that i simply needed my hand history for the blackjack hands in question. When they emailed me back 4 days later, they said that they were closing the blackjack in the sportsbook, and that if i needed anything else to not hesisitate emailing them back. Again i replied saying that i didnt know what they were talking about, that no one had asked them to close the blackjack in the sportsbook, that i needed it to remain open so that i could access the hand history and that i simply needed the hand history for that session and nothing else. After 8 more days on no response i called them and they proceeded to tell me that i was wrong and that they had "investigated" and that my account couldnt access the casino, that i must have done it on a different account- everything was working properly, is there anything else they can do for me. I told them that it was nice that they think that everything is working properly and that there was no problem, but again i have the history of the hands being played and the amounts gambled, won and lost but i needed the hand history to prove that the game malfunctioned, and that i wasnt trying to get over or anyone, that i just wanted what was rightfully mine- and wanted to see the hand history to see for myself. They put me on hold and never came back. I got disconnected after exactly 4 minutes on hold, which i came to find out the autodisconnect is a feature they use on their phone lines. Everytime i called back they would say they were getting the supervisor, put me on hold, and never come back-- the phone would automatically disconnect after 4 minutes, and i was left in disbelief that this company whose entire business is predicated on customer service and good reputation would potentially ruin our relationship over 500 that was rightfully mine. I called and said I was a different name and asked for the supervisor, got right thru and when i told them what i needed and they realized who was on the line, they pulled the same thing. I started emailing support@americascardroom.eu, security@americascardroom.eu, support@winningpokernetwork.com, security@winningpokernetwork.com, and @wpn.eu just in case, daily about the missing money. I facebook messaged them, hit them up on twitter, emailed to the other skins support and security depts to no avail.. no responses no inquirys, they just blocked me on facebook and twitter and never said a word.

This had literally taken a month to get this far so eventually i just said whatever and quit trying to recoop my money. I quit for a little while but started playing a little bit again and right before these recent alleged DDOS attacks that downed the site for two weeks, i had a spurt of good luck and ended up running 25 cents into 6k in one night by spinning into the $11 22:00 3k, winning it for 1100 and playing 5/10, 10/20 and 15/30 PLO that morning until i had 6k. Was of course thrilled with the session and after a couple of sick beats, quit playing that day with 5700 in my account. The next day i logged on and began playing high stakes PLO again, 4 tables at a time. As it happened for alot of people on the site, the DDOS attacks interrupted my session and the site would go down and freeze while i was playing. During the hands when a round of attacks began, i noticed that a few players were able to continue playing for some time after the rest of the skins were frozen out. There were numerous times where i was involved in a big pot, $100-$2000 pots and the site froze me out which allowed these players who were able to act for a hand or two after everyone else was frozen out of the site. I could still see the hand progressing and watching everyone time out, but there were always those couple players at the table who were able to act for a minute or so after everyone else, when they noticed the attack had started and everyone was disconnected.. they would min bet at a pot, and steal the 500 or 1000 dollars i had invested in the pot. This happened on a handful of occasions and each time i emailed or called, informing them of what happened and they assured me on multiple occasions that the hands were going to get reverted back to the hand prior to the one before the ddos attack affected the hand, that my funds were safe and not to worry. For whatever reason, i believed them which proved to be a bigggg mistake. When the money wasnt back in my account, i emailed, called, tweeted and facebooked from different accounts they hadnt previously blocked about how and when i would be recieving my reimbursement. I watched as they responded to other people on twitter and ignored me, i watched as lots of people with concerns for their tournament buyins and rebuys and similar cash game problems got lied to about their money.. I for one never got the money back in my account and i refuse to stand idly by and let them get away with it.. I will at least do what i can to warn and dissuade future potential customers to find another site, and to urge current users to withdraw from the site, that the first mention of a problem where god forbid they owe you a little bit of money, you get treated as if you hadnt paid tens of thousands in rake on the site over the year(s) and get ignored and shitted on by the very people who so imcompetently respond to you on the phone and live chat. They promised reimbursement so many times and never did it that i became worried about getting my money, and quit playing until they reimbursed me. They stopped answering emails, quit responding to live chats, didnt answer me and blocked my new account on twitter and FB, havent answered a single message of any kind, and keep putting me on hold and letting the 4 minutes elapse so that the automatic disconnect is enabled on the phone calls. This company has completely fallen off in terms of reliability, loyalty, respect, and trustworthiness. They have repeatedly lied to me and stolen money from me and i refuse to stay silent any longer. Phil Nagy or the company still hasnt made a statement about the alleged DDOS attacks, why their server was so poorly secured, why a company such as ACR whose entire business is predicated on being online, doesnt have ddos protection.. or how the ddos attacks will be prevented in the future. After the youtube videos by Joey Ingram, showing the severe lack of anything resembling a security team whatsoever, as an 87% ITM player should have been caught by the janitor but somehow got past the "security team" for months. That That players went from playing freerolls only and having a miniscule in the money percentage somehow go from that to spectacular poker players with win rates higher than most pros, win rates of 12bb/100 in the toughest stakes on the site. They knowingly and blatantly allowed botters and collusion on the site, because its good for the rake and their bottom line which had been decimated by the ridiculous overlays each and every night in seemingly every tournament they had to offer.

ACR has been utterly and horribly disgusting in their treatment of me as a years long every day customer. They are grasping at straws with this sit and go promotion, which lines their pockets with rake due to the quick nature of on demand tournaments, likely so that they can appear to have the funds to pay off players. Their lack of security and allowing these bots and colluders to play in cash games alongside real people who are given the illusion of fair gameplay is a horrific display of criminal negligence at best, if not criminal conspiracy and their site is a devistatingly negative and abhorrent portrayl of how online poker should be. Anyone who trusts this site to offer fair gameplay, to keep their word, or to pay them in a timely manner is asking to get ripped off as i did. I did everything in my power to avoid this from taking place, but i cannot and will not stand by while they continue to ignore my requests for the money they promised would be returned to my account, and whats rightfully mine. ACR on the surface seemed to be a decent company, one who puts a premium on paying out players and having indistry leading security. It wasnt until i dug a little deeper, and the funds started flowing my way for once that there was a problem. A problem which could have been easilly avoided by shutting the site down during the ddos attacks, or by doing what was right and paying me for the messed up blackjack hands in the past, or doing what they said they were going to do and paying me for the botched cash game hands during the ddos attacks, or for not allowing one of their skins "Poker King" to be run and operated by the very person who designed their software, knows its vunerabilities and somehow allowed poker king patrons to continue playing on the site when it was down, and stealing money from honest and long time customers in the first place. Who knows what the players on Poker King are able to do, which features might be available to them that arent available to players on other skins. Who knows what the designer of the software on all of WPN can see or can make happen on the obsecure skin that they own. I, for one, will not be sticking around to find out and I implore you to withdraw your money from ACR, or any skin on WPN before what happened to be, happens to you.. because its just a matter of time. Not even taking into consideration the money which was lost to botters and colluders while ACR stood idly by and let this happen by not employing any kind of competent security team, They owe me a minimum of somewhere between 3 and 4k for the blackjack hands which were pushed but treated as losses, and the ddos attack problems in which i was promised the hands would be reverted back to the hand before gameplay was affected, and my account adjusted accordingly. Please heed this warning and boycott Americas Cardroom who are AT BEST- incompetent lying theives.

I think his post was pretty clear. Anyone that writes in the manner he did is clearly more on a rant versus offering real help to others. If he had a real situation with money stolen, it would have been a new thread created by him with supported evidence. What this player is attempting to do is post and complain about a site in every thread possible (spamming and trolling), to try to get the company ACR and the ACR Rep to respond simply for him complaining so much.

He gambled in games he couldn't afford, found what he called a problem in black jack yet kept playing, and barely bought into games he could afford - gambling problem. I responded to try to help him, clearly he hasn't responded, cause of other obvious reasons. This kind of stuff hurts poker.

just because I win tournaments doesn't mean ACR and WPN have done nothing wrong. I have proof with emails and screenshots of live chat to back up every one of my claims.. Id love to hear back from ACR or WPN about it but still haven't received a response from anyone

you know what hurts poker is when one of the only US facing sites allows their players to have these problems go without so much as a response.. WPN said several times that the hands would be reverted back to the hand before gameplay was interrupted.. They said several times that my account balance would be updated and if any problems arose from the DDOS attacks that they would be addressed and fixed.. and now I cant even get a response from them.. but my post is bad for poker

do you work for ACR? im even more confused after re-reading your reply to my problem with ACR.. why do you assume I cant afford to play those games because I want the money that was promised to me as a result of a security lapse on the poker site where I entrusted my money? Because im not such a baller that I just let thousand dollar problems and subsequent lies slip thru the cracks and remain quiet and obedient about it? And I didn't respond clearly because of obvious other reasons in the day and a half that lapsed between my post and your unsolicited alleged help you offered in what way? Nice rhetoric but in the end I have proof of ACR doin me dirty.. you have words

I’ve had an experience with playing black jack on ACR and not goona lie it is kinda fishy playing on there but I still do. Long story short, while I played on there I had got booted bc ofo the severs and lost my money that was in the BJ game which was 300. I logged on to the chat and they investigated it and at first they thought I was lying and I explained to them what happen and they fixed the problem and I recovered 300 that was missing in the casino so I’m not sure what your situation is but there has to be somthing missing your not explaining. You should show is the pictures of your proof.

Sir I have a very simple question. I thoroughly read all of your posts and on more than one occasion you state that "I was promised resolution/reimbursement" to VERY closely paraphrase. That said can you embed that image/s in a response in this thread? I am NOT challenging you. I ask because if what you say is true and you are owed under $5000.00 USD you could EASILY take litigious action. But those images MUST show ACR saying "we are going to reimburse XX.XX". Just interested. If you do not want to do that cool. But I would also than suggest saving your energy screaming at ME... Just a curious observer....
