You both played your respective hands terribly. Not responding to either of you two again, absolutely woeful posts. This forum is dead, carlmellor was very correct. Shame.

One word, two syllables, PokerStars.  Or is that two words?

Notice how you never go out of a tournament in some normal, predictable fashion.   He had the flush, you just didn't think he did.   Something like that.   Never happens that way.  He always rivers the Ace... or you river your 7 for a set... to his trip jacks.   Or the 7 makes him a full house.  Always a gin card or a bad beat.  Always.  Never a simple, "oh well... I guess he did have an Ace.  Coulda' fooled me."

One quick tip for playing knockouts if you like doing that.  Don't start on time.  Enter at the second level.    Even half way through the first is still good.  By then there will be probably 2 or 3 guys with more chips than you and 5 or 6 with less.  You'll have more than half the table covered.  Nothing worse than starting in the BB, losing it, then coming within 20 chips of knocking somebody out.  Next hand you're dealt 7/2 and somebody else gets the bounty that should have been yours.  You even have room to lose a hand or two and you'll still have some of them covered.

When you start late, you're getting the bounty against most of the table if you get it all in.   Start on time and it's only the first hand depending on your seat position.    And you get to see which guys are giving away chips for free playing with weak hands generally if you wait a bit.  Those guys will be down 800 or a thousand already.  At the start of the game you probably don't know that.
