Just want to introduce myself to the forum as your official GGPoker representative. 

I'm here to answer any questions you might have on promotions, offers, and I can pass on any technical queries you have about the software.

I emailed your support address and mentioned id be creating a post on here and within the week a rep joined the site but nothing happened... 240$  tickets wiped from my account without warning/compensation but your rep and email support havent responded anymore after responding ''willing to discuss anything else we might provide to ease your return''.

Please can u let me know whats going on? It was left at not being my fault the site issued tickets without expiry dates and what action is being taken and then no response.
