<~~ 53 y/o   6'5"  Dropped from #242 from two weeks ago to #231 today.   Walking the dog and Fam 2-3x a day.  Start with walking the Beagle on "The Poop Loop" every morning at 0730 for 3 miles.   Been walking/hiking some local Parks, Bezerkly Hills, Golden Gate Park, San Fran parks (AMAZING) and the Delta.

Work kicked me out for another two weeks today - Due to BP.   Kaiser changed my BP Meds yesterday.

I hate walking/slight running/using TRX Bands (Gym still closed)... Been doing them all these past days off from work  But the company Dr. said I can not come back until my top # is under 160 after todays visit.   Now have to call some company Insurance provider and file with the State to get paid.

I keep telling them that it is just hereditary !!

Put it on today for the kids. It’s amazing that they do this. Kind of wonder how and why. They’ll take signs for example and change them to Japanese. It’s like that for every movie. Seems like a unnecessary expense I don’t know.

Oh and here it’s called “Soulful World”

Liked it also. The Knicks "I've been messing with that team for years" had me rolling. Great line out of no where.

I just got a birthday present in the mail from my Mom, today is January 27th. My birthday is March 23rd.

I haven't seen her in a year and 4 months. I don't know what to think about this. She losing it or.....? Think I'll open it tonight, maybe the contents will explain something.

wut?  this dude is just amazing.

It's amazing he can still walk with the punishment his knees have taken over the years.  What a hero.  His reaction was spot on.  Thanks for sharing.

i can't believe he still has his knees working.  And not just working, they are in good enough condition for him to make numerous consecutive attempts at sticking the 720.   it's insane

That’s the name of the main course at your local restaurant isn’t it?
