KQs - how would you play this hand?

Hi all,

 

I've been playing poker for many years but only just recently started using these forums. I wanted some advice regarding the following hand.

 

So earlier this week I was in Phase 2 of the $11 SCOOP game. Did pretty well had quite straightforward decisions most of the way through. Survived multiple all-ins.

 

However, I went out with KQs when I had 21 bbs. I didn't want to fold this hand as it was getting pretty crazy at this point, people going out left right and centre, blinds/antes were very high.

 

I have thought about the following plays:

 

1 - should I have just reshoved all in pre? Seems a bit much given that it was vs an EP raiser and I still had 21bb at this point.

 

2- should i have reshoved pre after the SB All-in and the EP caller? I'm favouring this play at the moment. If I had have done this the 89s in BU and the EP guy would both definitely have folded and my stack would have gone down by 1/3 against the AK in BB but I would have still lived to fight another day.

 

Would love to hear insights on this tricky multi-way pot.

You can only play it 2 ways fold all all in preflop 

There was a 2 callers before you and then a big raise and then all together 5 callers plus you even if some had pocket aces your getting 5 to 1 on your money

I'd rather see you all in pre flop or on the flop I feel like the turn was to late 

But I also wouldn't take my advice

I should shuff or fold here. You are never to dat ahead with KQs here. Best you are flippin vs mid pair. In most occasions behind vs his openingsrange UTG.

A raise then you call another calls and then a reraise. Then original raiser calls.. This is pre flop...

That in my opinion is a terrible spot for you with kq.. 21 bb with plenty of play still. I would of folded and waited for better positioning preflop... 

Reasoning your either up against big pairs, complete air balls or someone is holding your blockers...

Definitely a fold there, calling the EP open is fine. But after a squeeze and a call from the original raiser, you should always fold KQs, especially if you are in a late stage of a tournament, those guys aren’t shoving trash for sure
