Thanks guys, appreciate it... feels good to crack top 10 and hope to stay up there for awhile. :)
  2. how long does this reboot take and is my tourney going to even continue when the system comes back on?
  3. I think a 2K - 2.5K weekly (or monthly) would get plenty of entrants. Most regs who already play the 1Ks are going to play and stars can just run a bunch of sats for it like they do for wcoop events and they'll get around 300 players.
  4. I took a look at some of the WCOOP tourney structures and saw that the $10K "high roller" event doesn't have the best structure out of all the NL events, and it's the biggest buy in. It has the same structure as the sunday $200 buy in events (5) throughout the series and a worse structure than the $500, $1K and $5K buy in NL events on sundays. It also appears to be worse than the $1K NL events, but harder to compare because of different starting stack sizes (7,500 instead of 10,000 - but has 3 more levels). I already wrote Poker Stars, but have yet to hear back. I think we need to make our voi
  5. In for both, but can't be a captain. Have a conflict on saturday.
  6. I think that all of the $1K + tourneys should have the same structure as the SCOOP tourneys. These are the tourneys where you want to have plenty of play, while playing for bigger money. I KNOW it's not always easy staying up all night playing, so maybe some of these get earlier start times or are made into 2-day events, but I don't think you should sacrifice the quality of the structure. I also think the $109 NL tourney should be changed to a $500+ NL tourney or just add an additional big buy in event. Also adding a $500 or $1K R&A would be a nice addition.
  7. Sent and I hope everybody who sees this takes a minute or two to send these preformed letters. It really does make a difference and as full time or recreational players, we need to keep online poker going any way we can.
  8. I'm 30...if you are a full time player... I don't think age makes a difference.

    Bodog is a Joke

I just recieved a call from a bodog supervisor, who apologized for his employee and gave me the information I had previously requested. With that said, I may have just ran into a couple very bad employees of bodog who first responded to my email and phone call.

    Bodog is a Joke

They have sent records in past years, but refused to do so this year. I emailed and called them, but they said repeatedly that they won't send me my account info (transaction history). The guy on the phone kept saying, "because online poker is illegal in the US, we can't email you your records." Just rediculous.

    Bodog is a Joke

I don't post too much, but bodog really pissed me off when I called to ask for my OWN account informtion (transaction history for 2008). I'm trying to get my information for taxes and every other site gave me the information I desired no problem, except bodog. It is just such horrible costumer service to not give somebody their OWN account information. Not only is that bad, but their game selection, software and many other things are awful about this site. I highly recommend against playing there!! They also don't have a way to transfer money between players, which makes your money comletely s
  12. I'm not going to be able to play this tourney because I'm playing in the Aussie Millions, but it sounds too good to be true...... maybe I'll cancel that trip to Australia, that is a long way to go..... j/k. Wish I could play in that, but maybe next year. Good luck to all.... for people not familiar with Spokane... Jack and Dans is a bar on Gonzaga's campus that is usually pretty busy.
  13. that could be one of the grossest feelings.... having my internet go out in the middle of a monster hand.... I had KK and the board was Q86 in a reraised pot preflop. What horrible timing. Might try and get HH, but don't feel like doing anything right now.
  14. Thank you everybody for your support and congrats. I really wish I could have taken down UBOC #5, but there's always tomorrow. Thanks again.
  15. I've made multiple attempts to challenge SCTrojans and he continues to ignore me. Afraid? I think so! My Ducks..... His Trojans..... Saturday.... High noon..... Autzen Stadium.... Game of the day. SCTrojans - how much are we betting?
  16. I want to thank everybody for their support and congratulations over the past week and look forward to contributing to the pocket fives community.
