No history being 150 bb deep, I think he is more likely to flat this deep with a lot of his 4b hands that are bluffs. Also with your sizing, I find it less likely people 4b bluff in these spots. Since you are so deep and having a SPR of 2:1 w suited ak I think flatting isn't horrible. If you had AK o I would be more included to 5b or fold.
