Blinds 50-100, limit 100-200. Blown away how you wouldn't just splash around for 2 hours and try to run up a stack. Shrub's decision making ability is 2nd to none.

Let's talk about bitcoin and cryptocurrency
The report looks at only June 1st, no days before or no days after. So there is no way to know if it is continually backed or if they only had enough money on the day of the audit.

The Keto Shuffle (sung to the tune of Boz Scaggs)
Yes, 100% normal at the beginning. You’re changing a lot in your digestion. If you start feeling a little shitty add some extra salt and possibly some magnesium supplements.

Shrubbery OT rail thread
It’s almost too good. This will play out in one of a few ways. 1. Says he’s staying back in LA with his gf for a while to get his head straight 2. He pops in after a few days like nothing’s weird after ghosting all of his backers from the tourneys he said he was going to play and says he’s ready to slay these tournaments. There will probably be some weird excuse about losing his phone or P5s password or something. 3. He disappears for a few weeks after a horrible bender then comes back apologizing and asking for forgiveness. He’ll offer to return anyone’s money who wants it but ...

** Official WSOP 2018 Nonsense Thread **
I probably have a mildly elitist opinion of BBQ but if you put Virgil's and Famous Dave's side by side I would not be able to tell the difference. If you are looking for some meat and BBQ sauce Virgil's is a place to get that, if you are looking for good BBQ I would skip anything in Vegas. I think that's the only cuisine I can think of that you can't get a world class version of in Vegas.

Tv shows you just watched
It is a very, very weird watch. I have to be in a certain mood for it and I'm always happy I watched it, but I am like 7 episodes behind in the new season since I haven't been in the mood. It is definitely one of the strangest TV shows you will ever watch so you have that going for you. I would still recommend it, especially over those other shows.

Definitely can’t have vodka and regular tonic water, way too much sugar. Got to do vodka soda or whiskey or any other carbless booze with 0 calorie mixer. I also go for red wine once I’m deep in, most Pinot noirs have 3g/glass. I thought dropping beer would ruin me mentally, but the thought of beer now kind of grosses me out. You can go for a month being the whiskey on the rocks guy and no one will think twice.

Do you play online poker for a living?
I've been on the good and bad of the 9-5 and back again. Sales is different though, anyone with a competitive drive and a money motivation can enjoy sales. It scares a lot of people away which is fine by me. I love it, working from home full time, big compensation for beating your number, little travel here and there, no set schedule. I think any out going poker player would love sales, and if you're successful you going to make way more money than playing poker.

As I once again try to cut drinking wine in half a night <longwinded>
Congrats man, this is incredible. Breaking a cycle of a physical addiction is incredibly difficult, it's even more difficult to break a cycle of something you rely on mentally but you seem like you are in the right place. Big time respect for taking this step, I hope you can look back on today as a huge change in your life that puts you on new life arc.

The Keto Shuffle (sung to the tune of Boz Scaggs)
Getting my DEXA Scan on Wednesday, going to guess I'm around 25-26% from the Navy Calculator/measurement. Down 4 inches and ~30 pounds though. I have a few awesome cheat weekends planned out (Vancouver and Mexican Tacos trip) but besides those still on cruise control. It was my anniversary this weekend and I ate some potatoes and a few bites of a killer dessert but other than that stuck to omelettes, steak, salad, pinot noir and whiskey so that was a nice small victory, not sure it even kicked me out of ketosis.

The Keto Shuffle (sung to the tune of Boz Scaggs)
The Yoga, Kettlebell, Sauna broke me through another plateau. Was hovering around 230 for about 2 weeks, did a 75 minute hot yoga on Monday then Tuesday did a Sauna and Kettlebell workout. Got out of the Sauna just under 224 but weighed in at 226 this morning. Cruise control.

The Keto Shuffle (sung to the tune of Boz Scaggs)
It's totally fine but you'll feel like shit for the next 36 hours as your body gets back into ketosis. Not ideal, but I've had my share of cheat meals and as long as I don't fly off the rails I always bounce back really well. I wake up the morning after a cheat meal and get the worst hunger pangs at like 9am.

The pee sticks are absurdly inaccurate and once you’re deep in ketosis you’re body will start using most of the ketones it produces instead of peeing them out. Good barometer in the beginning but I wouldn’t place too much emphasis on them.

You're talking to thread full of people who had this mindset and most likely worse. Truth is you can do anything for a month, mine started off more as a personal challenge after doing some research and the benefits really have me sticking around.

The Keto Shuffle (sung to the tune of Boz Scaggs)
It won't knock you out of ketosis, but I've seen some anecdotal evidence that certain sweeteners can alter your blood sugar level which would in theory make you crave more sugar. If you can make it work and not give in to any other cravings then it definitely isn't a problem. When I'm flying I like to have some diet coke but it usually stops there except when I start crushing almonds.

Been trying a longer IF period the last week. At first I thought there was no way I could do it, but I have only been doing black coffee and water then eating between 4PM-7PM and so far going great.

The Keto Shuffle (sung to the tune of Boz Scaggs)
It’s probably more that it feels so wrong the way we’ve been conditioned to demonize fat. I grilled a one pound ribeye cap last night with a caeser salad and extra parm. That was so insanely good and fatty it almost felt too good to be true, it was so rich, I almost struggled finishing it.

Hardly, each calendar year you get $300 in travel/Uber credit. First year you get 50,000 points which is roughly $500-$750 depending on how you spend it. You get free global entry or TSA pre check ($85 or $100 value) On top of that you get 3x on travel and dining so 3 cents for every $. I don’t know a single person who has the CSR and doesn’t happily pay the fee every year. This depends on how much you spend per month but I’m guessing $2k-$3k month isn’t out of the question and that will get you another ~$50-75\month in rewards.

Shit I pay like $1100/year in annual fees but the benefits FAR outweigh anything you could do without them.

Best part about Chase ultimate rewards is you can easily transfer to their airline partners so you aren’t limited there. We have companion pass on southwest so it’s BOGO flights. That means all the 3x points I get on Chase is 6 to 1 which is absurd value. Also have the Hilton Asipre for work hotels and 2 SW cards.

CSP is good, I’d give a shot at the Chase Sapphire Reserve, more points, more perks, overall a balling credit card. / Plus you get really good trip insurance, great customer service, priority pass to a lot of airport lounges. It comes with a $450 annual fee but 3x points on dining and travel, $300 travel/Uber credit and 50,000 points is so worth it.

I got a card for everything, dining, travel, daily spend. Cleared about 10k in rewards last year and I’m traveling a lot for work now so will probably do a little more. Can’t believe I used to pay for flights and hotels. Let me know what you’re trying to do and I’ll point you in the right direction, same for any of you. I’ll just ask you to use my referral link, but we’ll all win.
