It looks like you ran into a super agg player and tbh it has looked like a chip dump because he's played so badly imo but that's not your fault, surely PP should know this can happen if they really want to go through your play on all hands, it's not your fault though but it does look like chip dumping from his side imho but i tend to believe you're telling the truth about this, can no1 get ahold of this other player, has he played any1 else at other stakes and how did he play? You need s1 from PP to give u a little help with this rather than standard emails, phone s1 and try speak to s1 who can try talk to them in a higher position, i wish you luck.
