I filled out the form on the site http://www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com/index.php a while ago and NEVER received a confirmation email that I was in their system or anything. Just wondering if that's the case for everyone else as well?
If so, WTF. At least have an easy auto responder that lets us know we are in the system, they will contact us when the process begins etc, etc.
Guess they want to keep Full Tilt customer service in line with what we are all accustomed to. SMH.
