I have one 5 hour energy drink every day that I work. I'm sure they are awful for you but reality is I feel that they work for me, I quit Mountain Dew a few years ago and lost some weight and feel a lot better. It's easy to just say "sleep more" but my circadian rhythm has still refused to adjust to the fact that I work at 530 am every morning yet I can never fall asleep before 1130 pm at earliest.
