    Ok - Hear me out. Don't sound the alarms or anything! Couldn't a random card generator be based on an algorithm that increased action? I'm not saying its giving wins to one side or the other, but what if ( just maybe ) who gets which final hands is random, but the sum of made final hands is not? Wouldn't it be beneficial to a site to maximize the action while still having a "clear conscious" knowing that they were still providing a random and unbiased playing environment? Is that too crazy to be plausible?
