For the bad beats, maybe you should run an odds calculator to see how bad of a beat it really was...maybe you're thinking "how could I lose that?" but it was really only a 65/35...which isn't as bad of a beat as you may have thought. They're gonna happen...you can't be so results oriented, if you made the right play on each street, you can't worry about a bad beat. I know its hard but eventually you will become immune and just focus on the way the hand was played. Or you can break your mouse or computer...i know a few people that handle it that way too.
