WSOP.com is the leading online poker site in the USA, with the largest liquidity and the most traffic. The site features an interstate player pool across Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware, allowing players from all three states to compete against one another on the virtual felt in a truly multi-state online gaming environment. The site is run by Caesars Interactive Entertainment, with software powered by 888poker.

WSOP.com is available for both desktop and mobile. PC and Mac users can play on WSOP.com via the desktop client, and mobile users can experience gameplay for both iOS and Android.

Cash games, tournaments, and sit-n-gos are available from WSOP.com, and game variants include no-limit and limit Texas hold’em, pot-limit Omaha, pot-limit Omaha hi-lo, limit Omaha hi-lo, seven-card stud, and seven-card stud hi-lo. Although there are a few options, the site’s games largely consist of no-limit Texas hold’em.

    About WSOP.com

WSOP.com first launched in Nevada in September 2013, becoming the second legal and regulated online poker room to do so in the Silver State. Under the Caesars Interactive Entertainment portfolio, WSOP.com is branded with Caesars’ flagship poker brand, the World Series of Poker.

WSOP.com uses software powered by one of the world’s top online poker operators, 888poker. Bill Rini is WSOP.com head of online poker.

Although WSOP.com may not have been the first legal and regulated online poker room to launch in Nevada, in many ways the site has been a pioneer, hosting online gold bracelet and gold ring events, plus being the first to successfully run interstate online poker within the new regulated market in the U.S.

In 2015, WSOP.com in Nevada held the first online gold bracelet event as part of the World Series of Poker. Anthony ‘casedismised’ Spinella won the $1,000 buy-in event, topping a field of 905 entries to win $197,743.

In May 2018, shared liquidity opened up for WSOP.com’s player pools in Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware, creating the first regulated multi-state online poker offering in the U.S. Later that year, WSOP.com held the first multi-state online gold bracelet event, spanning its player pools from Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware. This event had a $365 buy-in, attracted 2,972 entries, and was won by William ‘Twooopair’ Reymond for $154,996.

Also in 2018, WSOP.com hosted the first online WSOP Circuit gold ring event, with a familiar winner tasing the victory. Anthony ‘casedismised’ Spinella topped the pack to take home $35,817 and the gold WSOP Circuit ring.

    • Welcome Week Freerolls
    • Comparable Tier Match Request

Sign up for a new WSOP.com account in the USA today and receive a 100% match bonus on your deposit, up to $600. That means if you deposit $600, you’ll receive a match bonus of $600. The minimum deposit is $10, and $5 will be released to the player’s account for every 50 Action Player Points (APPs) earned. Players have 90 days to claim the bonus.

In addition to the welcome bonus, first-time depositors are eligible to receive seven $100 Welcome Week Freeroll tickets. These tickets can be used for the seven upcoming welcome freerolls after the first deposit is made, each with a guaranteed prize pool of $100. Please see the WSOP.com lobby for specific start times.

Another thing WSOP.com will do for new players is likely match the status you have on another online poker site so you don’t have to start from the bottom when you move to WSOP.com. Once you join WSOP.com for the first time, you can email nvpokerrewards@wsop.com with your full name, contact phone number, WSOP.com username, and a screenshot that confirms your current status on another online poker site for a chance to receive a similar level of status on WSOP.com.

    WSOP.com Rake Back

Players on WSOP.com can earn rake back through the WSOP.com Poker Rewards program. Playing on WSOP.com will earn your APPs. In ring games, APPs are earned at a rate of 2 APPs for every $1 in rake collected at the table and each player receives APPs based on that player’s contributed portion to the rake for each hand played. In tournaments, 2 APPs are awarded for every $1 in fees paid.

Depending on your WSOP.com Poker Rewards status, the APPs will be converted into WSOP Points and those WSOP Points can be exchanged for cash back rewards, or rake back. How much your APPs will convert depends on your WSOP.com Poker Rewards program status.

If you are a regular ‘Player’ status, there is no multiplier when converting from APPs to WSOP Points. If you are ‘Bronze’ status, you’ve earned at least 200 APPs per month and your WSOP Point multiplier is four. If you are ‘Silver’ status, you’ve earned at least 750 APPs per month and your WSOP Point multiplier is 10. If you are ‘Elite’ status, you’ve earned 1,500 APPs per month and your WSOP Point multiplier is 12.5. For yearly status, you can earn the ‘Champions Club’ level for earning 20,000 APPs per year and your WSOP Point multiplier would be 16.

Players can convert WSOP Points to cash as often as they’d like. You must convert a minimum of 1,000 WSOP Points. For every 100 WSOP Points you convert, you’ll receive $1 in real money in your account.

    WSOP.com and Total Rewards

Additional benefits from playing on WSOP.com can be received through Caesars Entertainment’s Total Rewards program, which can be connected to a player’s WSOP.com account. Players can link their Total Rewards account to their WSOP.com account and receive one Total Rewards tier credit for every one APP earned.

    Traffic

WSOP.com has good traffic for both cash games and tournaments, benefitting well from the multi-state player pool the site has access to. As expected, no-limit hold’em cash games, tournaments, and sit-n-gos make up the most trafficked games, but pot-limit Omaha is readily available most of the time, especially through cash games.

WSOP.com averages around 150 players for its cash game traffic. There is a robust tournament offering, and sit-n-gos run frequently.

    Cash Games

The most common poker format played on WSOP.com is no-limit hold’em, with stakes offered as low as $0.01/$0.02 and as high as $100/$200. In addition to its no-limit hold’em offering, WSOP.com has a wide range of limit hold’em stakes, starting at $0.05/$0.10 and working up to $30/$60.

The second most popular format behind hold’em is Omaha poker, which should come of no surprise, and it’s mostly played in pot-limit Omaha format. Like no-limit hold’em, stakes for pot-limit Omaha range from as low as $0.01/$0.02 and as high as $25/$50 on WSOP.com.

Seven-card stud and seven-card stud hi-lo are also available as cash games. These games are played in limit format, with stakes as low as $0.02/$0.04 and working up to $10/$20.

    Featured Events

As mentioned before, WSOP.com regularly hosts WSOP gold bracelet events on the platform. Additionally, players can find a plentiful Sunday schedule that is highlighted by the weekly $100,000 guaranteed tournament. This tournament takes place every Sunday at 3 p.m. PT and has a $320 buy-in.

As a year-long event, WSOP.com hosts a Player of the Year competition. In 2019, the competition awards a $10,000 first prize and an exclusive WSOP.com Player of the Year ring to the player to earn the most Player of the Year points in tournaments.

    Blast Poker

‘Blast Poker’ is WSOP.com’s jackpot sit-n-go offering. Blast Poker tournaments are four-handed, super-turbo SNGs, with multipliers from two to 10,000 times the buy-in. There is a Blast timer with each Blast Poker SNG that counts down. Once the timer hits zero, all remaining players automatically go all in until a winner is crowned.

    Software

Powered by 888poker, the WSOP.com software isn’t incredible, but it’s also not in any way bad. It can be confidently classified as good. The lobby is easy and efficient to navigate, especially the more you use the software, and it’s not overly difficult to sign in and find a game within a very short period of time.

Once at a table, the display is simple and very much what you would expect from an online poker site. Buttons and menus are placed in the normal spots. While all of this may sound great, the software isn’t as customizable as players might like.

    Deposit and Withdrawal Options

WSOP.com allows you to deposit via Cash at one of many casino cages, PayPal, NETELLER, electronic ACH payments, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), and PayNearMe. The options of credit cards and PayNearMe do not allow for withdrawal, though, but the others do.

One of the best things about WSOP.com is the ability to deposit and withdraw from a casino cage. These locations can be found in Las Vegas at the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino, Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, and Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.

The partypoker mobile app allows players to withdraw and deposit funds with only a few moves. Options may vary by country and credit cards may be accepted for deposits. The most common methods for deposits include credit cards, such as Visa or MasterCard, electronic wallets, such as Skrill, Neteller, and PayPal, electronic checks, and wire transfers. Be sure to check on the options specific to you in your country.

    Customer Support

The biggest drawback for WSOP.com is the site’s customer support. You may contact customer support at https://wsop-en.custhelp.com/ but response time can be longer than one would like and there could be more back and forth than one would think is needed.

    Conclusion

WSOP.com is the leader in the U.S. for online poker. The brand is good, the traffic is good, the games are good, and the software is good. As the only site drawing from multiple states for its player pool, WSOP.com certainly has a leg up on the competition.

With 888poker as the software provider, WSOP.com is backed by a known platform provider with lots of experience in the world of online poker.

With its brand power, WSOP.com is well positioned to flourish in the regulated U.S. for years to come, especially given that Caesars Entertainment has dozens of land-based properties all over the country that would allow for easier licensing and access for new states that come on board.

For those looking for a regulated online poker site in the U.S., specifically players in Nevada, New Jersey, or Delaware, it’s hard to beat WSOP.com.
