  1. The world of online poker took center stage on Sunday evening after live events such as the WSOPE, and WPT Montreal came to their conclusion, and it was well-known grinder Andras 'probirs' Nemeth who showed his prowess by winning both the PokerStars and partypoker High Roller tournaments. The PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller saw 100 entrants create a $200,000 prize pool with the first-place prize set at $47,398. Both of those players departed 'bartek901' before took third place for $27,184, and the heads-up match was set. 4. Romanian professional poker player Paul ‘behindme93’ Jurcuta was not seeing results. At least not the results he thought he was capable of. For years the small-to-mid stakes grinder had been dedicated to studying the game, putting in the volume and working his way up from the small stakes. Despite all his hard work, the results he expected of himself just weren’t materializing. Even so, he knew he was getting better and his determination to improve never wavered. “You have to trust in yourself,” Jurcuta said. “It’s very important these days in poker because the game is a lot harder. People are progressing really fast and the game is changing. And if you don’t constantly study and believe in yourself, it’s very hard. I think these days mentally it’s very important to be strong. I said it all the time ‘It’s OK, I will win.’ It was only a matter of time.” That time for Jurcuta came on October 28. Jurcuta, only days after winning the PokerStars Mini Thursday Thrill for a then career-high cash of over $12,000, capitalized on the largest opportunity of his career. He won the PokerStars Sunday Million for $131,000. “That was the dream when I started playing poker. I watched the Sunday Million and was like…woah…I wanna win this, you know?” Jurcuta said. Jurcuta’s poker journey is like many before him. Now 25 years old, he started playing online at age 18. He would grind $1 90-man SNG’s and almost immediately found some success. “I realized I can make money from poker, you know?” Jurcuta recalled. “I was making money in high school. My parents could not give me a lot of money and to make $50 a week in high school it’s big, in Romania I mean, it’s big.” You know what happened next, his college career came to a crossroads it was either poker or his Electrical Engineering degree. “I had to choose between poker an college and I chose poker,” he said. “It’s because of a lot of reason but it was my dream, you know? And after I really started dedicating time to studying, I had some scores. I had some money.” He had some help along the way, including picking up a backer that would help him out so he could make sure he could at least make enough money to live. Of course, he had to tell his parents that he was dropping out of school and while they are supportive of him now, at the time it was a hard transition. According to Jurcuta, poker isn’t as well known in Romania as in other parts of the world. “Who knows poker, knows poker, right? But who doesn’t know poker, it’s like gambling. They look at you like one day maybe you will steal money from home and go play, you know stuff like that. Like an addiction,” Jurcuta says. According to Jurcuta, poker doesn’t have really have a good reputation in Romania. “But I think it’s growing. But when I tell people I play poker full time, they look at me very strange.” Those strange looks do not deter Jurcuta who made the transition to playing full time three years ago. In his time after leaving college, he was grinding, making enough to live, and patiently waiting for his time to come. “I was very focused on the [Sunday Millions]. I really liked how I played, I made a lot of bluffs and exploited people when I could. When I saw an opportunity, you know? It worked. Of course, I had luck. Whoever says that he won a tournament on all skill is lying,” he recalled. “It was flowing. The last thirty-six players I opened all the tables. I scanned all the players and watched all the hands. You know, getting some info from everything you can. Then the last two tables were very interesting because I [was seated with] 'Veeea'. You know, 'Veeea', the player?” Veeea. Sitting across from Jurcuta was the former #1-ranked player in the world. The Russian tournament crusher has over $8 million in career online earnings and is generally considered on the of the best online players in history. “He’s very good and very aggressive,” Jurcuta said. “He presumed that he could put really good pressure on me and it’s a good presumption. [Veeea] saw this guy with $40K profit in his life and for him, it’s a very low average. He was very, very aggressive with me and I started playing slow plays against him and it really worked.” Jurcuta reached back into everything he had learned over his career. And all those times that the results didn’t come didn’t stop him from playing his best poker when the pressure was on the most. He battled toe-to-toe with 'Veeea' and emerged victorious. ‘Veeea’ ended up finishing in third place for over $71,000 while Jurcuta went on to chop heads-up for $111,000 and take home the additional $20K they left in the middle. “After I won the tournament, I was more happy about how I played against him,” he said. “I was proud of myself, you know? “I really needed it in my career, something like this. It was very helpful mentally and, of course, the money is very important. In Romania, it’s a lot of money. I can buy an apartment or something like that.” Jurcuta, of course, hopes that his breakout win is the beginning of something special. Perhaps taking shots at some bigger buy-ins during the larger series like WCOOP and SCOOP and becoming a regular in some of the larger weekly mid-stakes tournaments. And whether or not he makes it back to the final table of the Sunday Million Jurcuta has learned that, above all, sometimes in poker, the journey really is the destination. “I’ve learned a lot in poker. Like in life that you have to accept the things you cannot control. You can’t control if you have a bad beat or not. Like it’s not up to you. In life, it’s pretty much the same. All the time I compare poker with life. There are some deep levels of how this thing works, you know? “It’s a very nice journey for me. I love it. Poker gave me a lot of time to study myself, to know myself a little bit better. And I love poker for that thing that gave me this opportunity.”
  5. Winning a PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker title is often a career highlight for most online poker players. On Sunday, a former WCOOP winner added a Sunday Million title to his resume and picked up almost $144,000 in the process. Truth be told, Poland's 'OMGACEACEACE' is a three-time PocketFives Triple Crown winner. On Sunday he beat out 4,294 other players to win the Sunday Million. The best day on Sunday might have belonged to Dario Sammartino. The Italian grinder picked up a pair of High Roller Club wins on PokerStars. He beat out 243 other players to win the HRC Sunday 500 for $24,459 and then outlasted 170 players in the HRC Sunday SuperSonic for $35,208. 6. April often opens with a day dedicated to Fools, but this year some of online poker's biggest stars shined brightest all month long - including the most-decorated player in PocketFives history. Moorman, 'bencb789', Nitsche, Leonard Grab Sunday Majors Wins Chris Moorman has won more PocketFives Triple Crowns than anybody else and he tops the all-time online poker tournament earnings list by a very healthy margin. In April, he added to his resume by winning the PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up. That win earned him $39,343 and pushed him closer to the $15 million lifetime earnings mark. The final table included Dennys Ramos, Bruno Volkmann and 'girafganger7'. READ: SUNDAY MAJORS: Chris Moorman Conquers Sunday Warm-Up Moorman wasn't the only big name to pick up a big Sunday score. One week after Moorman won the Sunday Warm-Up, high stakes crusher 'bench789' beat Andrew 'eastwest_27' Theriault heads-up to win the event for $51,562.79. WSOP.com, the only online operator working in the two big states, announced in April that they would be making interstate liquidity a reality on May 1. With interstate liquidity, players in New Jersey would be able to play the WSOP online bracelet events for the first time in history. The British pro, who has two major online titles to his credit, picked up his first World Poker Tour title in April, winning the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown. Margereson beat out a final table that included Jeff Fielder, Matt Stout, Brian Hastings and Faraz Jaka to pick up nearly $700,000 and a seat in the WPT Tournament of Championship. One year later, WSOP executives admitted the system was flawed and announced a totally revamped system for 2018. The new system better-rewarded players for wins and deep runs and placed far less emphasis on a min-cash. Garry Gates, an executive with PokerStars, was one of the 22,000 in attendance that night but thankfully avoided injury. Six months after the shooting, Gates looked back at how he managed to stay alive that night, how the events changed him and how he realized how much Las Vegas meant to him in the aftermath of that horrible event. A whopping $1,000,043.77 of that came from winning the PokerStars Sunday Million Anniversary: Take 2 on April 22. That win also gave him 3,355.89 PLB points which, combined with the 584.54 he picked up over the course of the rest of the month, was enough for him to win the April PLB race. He beat out names like 'C Darwin2' (sixth place), 'hellohellohello' (fifth place), and runner-up 'lena900' to claim the crown.
  7. For the second Sunday in a row, a prominent online poker pro streamed a deep run in a Sunday Major, this time taking his audience on a journey that included a visit to the winner's circle. Lex Veldhuis beat out 1,068 other players, including Jonathan 'Proudflop' Proudfoot heads-up, to win the PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up for $34,690 and was one of the highlight winners on another busy Sunday on the virtual felt. Sunday marked the debut of the $109 Sunday Million on PokerStars as a permanent fixture on the slate. The event attracted 15,550 players pushing the total prize pool to $1,555,000. The new buy-in also changed the payout table significantly. Both events paid roughly 18% of the field, but the winner last week received (before chop) 13.5% of the total prize pool. This week's winner, '555AU', took home just 8.8% of the prize pool for outlasting 9,713 more players. The Sunday Million also played down without a chop. '555AU' beat 'kmarao-Vi' heads-up to secure the $136,892 first place price. 'kmarao-Vi' was forced to settle for $99,334. PocketFiver Michael 'SmallKindB' Sklenicka rounded out the podium finishes by banking $72,087 for finishing in third place. The biggest buy-in event on partypoker's Sunday Schedule included some of the biggest hitters in the online poker world. The $5,200 buy-in The Big Game consisted of 211 players and pushed the total prize pool $55,000 past the $1,000,000 guarantee. 'edgybrah' topped a final table that included John Duthie, Roman Romanovsky, and former #1-ranked Patrick Leonard to win $215,114. Runner-up 'lqq1974' earned $156,140 while Orpen 'orpenkk' Kisacikoglu was left with $111,302 as his third place prize. 12. For the second time in eight weeks, 'Lucky_Jew_17' won the PokerStars $109 Sunday Million and did so after surviving a heads-up battle against the #3world-ranked #3 'Lena900'. On March 3, 'Lucky_Jew_17' topped an 11,525 Sunday Million player-field for a career-best online score of $117,222, and today did it all over again after battling through 11,212 players to win another $114,039. 'blockstel' hit the rail in third place for $60,052, which meant the formidable 2018 PocketFives POY 'Lena900' was the only player standing between 'Lucky_Jew_17' and another gold medal. But the heads-up match lasted just a matter of minutes, as 'Lucky_Jew_17' used his chip advantage to put maximum pressure on the Swedish player and ultimately eliminated the former world #1 in second place for $82,751 and claimed the glory of becoming a two-time champion. Jon 'apestyles' Van Fleet bested 128 entrants to win the PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller for $56,111. The likes of 'hello_totti', Scott 'Aggro Santos' Margereson, 'Lena900' and Samuel '€urop€an' Vousden all came and went from the final table before 'WATnlos' picked up the bronze medal for $33,237. 'imluckbox' then fell at the final hurdle and picked up $43,185 in second place as Van Fleet added yet another win to his already stellar online poker credentials. 'ezynow99' defeated 'sk2ll_m0dR' heads-up to win the PokerStars $530 Bounty Builder High Roller for over $87,000. The prize pool was set at $558,000 after 1,116 players took to the virtual felt, and when the field was reduced to the final three, it was 'andrew_flash' who departed with a bronze medal worth $24,391 + $3,546 in bounties. When the final bounty battle resumed, 'sk2ll_m0dR' saw their deep run come to an end in second place for $33,275 + $5,123, as 'ezynow99' secured the knockout for victory. Patrick Leonard and Roman Romanovsky chopped the partypoker $2,100 Sunday High Roller Gladiator for over $43,000 a piece. partypoker ambassador Kristen 'krissyb24' Bicknell secured fifth place from the 177 player-field for $8,886 + $10,040 in bounties before current world-ranked #8 Sami 'LarsLuzak1' Kelopuro departed with $11,963 + $4,200 in fourth place. 'shorezydrew' then hit the rail in third place for $17,090 + $8,006, which allowed Leonard and Romanovsky to strike a money-deal, before partypoker's Leonard ultimately won the final battle for $23,927 + $23,493, with world-ranked #2 Romanovsky banking $23,924 + $19,490 as runner-up. But Romanovsky's day wasn't done however as the Ukrainian continued his fantastic 2019 form to win another $150,000 on the GGPoker network. In the first of three final table cashes, Romanovsky secured fourth place in the Blade Series #096 $1K for $18,000 and followed it up with a third-place finish in GGPoker Blade Series #095 $5k for $39,930. 'ImLividBuddy' topped the 55 player-field to win $90,506, following a heads-up battle with 'MiMosa1'. Romanovsky's biggest single cash of the day occurred in the GGPoker Blade Series #098 $10k after 38 entrants created a $368,600 prize pool. 'ST4rGaz3R' fell in fifth place for $23,169, with 'oivens22' banking $36,808 in fourth. 'Nator' just missed out on a place in heads-up after they took away $58,478 in third, before 'Picasso16' secured the $157,238 first-place prize after seeing off Romanovsky into second place for $92,904. 13. Brazil's Thomas 'tomnelz1' Nelz secured his biggest online cash to date after victory in the PokerStars $109 Sunday Million for $110,747. After last week's edition saw the lowest number of entrants take part since the revamped $109 buy-in was set, the numbers picked up this Sunday as 11,480 entrants created a $1,148,000 prize pool. When the field was reduced to the final three after more than 13 hours of play, 'Berthelcult' was the next player to hit the rail and banked $61,488 for their efforts. The final two then agreed to a money-deal before Ireland's 'TheVirus217' ultimately lost heads-up and claimed $90,747 as the runner-up. China's #1 ranked player 'zzwwzzwwzz' came through a 133 player-field in the PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller to add $55,834 to their bankroll. Current world #1 'Lena900' just missed out on a podium position after the Swede fell in fourth place for $25,849. World #2 Andras 'probirs' Nemeth then secured the bronze medal alongside $33,414, before world #21 Jonathan 'proudflop' Proudfoot hit the rail in second place for $43,193. This week's PokerStars $530 Bounty Builder High Roller glory went to Norway's 'Tinas21' after coming through a 1,170 player-field. 'BUYNI' walked away with $24,760 + $8,054 in bounties for third place, which set up the heads-up battle. 'ultraviol3nt' then saw their bounty head in the direction of former TCOOP winner 'Tinas21' and departed with $33,780 + $1,468, with the Norweigan victor banking a massive $46,085 + $46,827 in bounties as the winner. 'dujo123' turned $215 into $31,469, after they battled through a 960 player-field to win the PokerStars $215 Sunday Warm-Up. World ranked #48 and 'BITB' part-owner Samuel '€urop€an' Vousden narrowly missed on a top three medal position after the Finn hit the rail in fourth place for $12,026. The final player to miss out on a place in the heads-up battle was 'fellatiado' who banked $16,572 in third, and when the action came to its climax, 'dujo123' was declared as the winner, after defeating Brazil's former WCOOP winner 'hellzito' who took away $22,836 and the silver medal. The partypoker $5,200 The Big Game returned and with it came the $1m guaranteed prize pool. Despite satellites running over the past few weeks, the total entrants were set at 194, meaning the overall prize pool just fell short of the guarantee. When the action got underway, regular high-stakes player 'Chelsea72' appeared in the fourth-place spot for $78,000 and left the final three to battle it out for the $203,900 top prize. Poland's #1 'GreenNaugahyde' fell in third place for a six-figure $105,500 score, before Ireland's 'SlowDoke' saw their deep run come to an end in second place for $148,000, which left 'ucantrybut' to claim the glory alongside $203,900. Over on GGPoker, it was a very good day for 'vamossuerte' who secured both a gold and bronze medal in the high-roller 'Blade' events. The $10K Blade saw 22 entrants battle for a massive $111,501 top-prize, and it was 'vamossuerte' who secured the first money spot after they took third place for $34,449 before 'ImLividBuddy' lost out to 'PokerOKbro' heads-up. 'vamossuerte' then went the distance in the $5K Blade and banked the biggest share of the $247,000 prize pool. World ranked #5 Roman 'SanityWaterline' Romanovsky continued his great form to cash in third place for $38,983, before 'vamossuerte' got the better of 'ravenoustrashdog' heads-up to seal the $94,390 first-place prize. 19. Sundays are for grinding. With PokerStars PA now going around the clock, the best online poker players in Pennsylvania now have their own set of Sunday Majors to look forward to each week. While those who still long for the pre-Black Friday MTT schedule might be disappointed, the players in Pennsylvania who have been waiting to get back on PokerStars since that fateful day 8.5 years ago will be excited to head into battle. There's a full tournament schedule to play with buy-ins ranging from $2 to $250 but there are five tournaments worth highlighting. Things get underway at 4 pm with the $30 buy-in Sunday Warm-Up with a $7,500 guarantee. Levels are eight minutes long and players can re-enter up to twice in the first two hours of play. An hour later, the Sunday Storm is a Six-Max event and has just a $10 buy-in and a $5,000 guarantee. Players can fire up to six total bullets into this tournament during the 95-minute late registration period. The highlight of the schedule is the $100 buy-in Sunday Special at 6 PM. The guarantee for the first week is $40,000 and players who bust in the first three hours of play can re-enter up to a maximum of three times. Players looking for a bigger buy-in can fire away at the $250 Sunday High Roller event at 7 pm. The tournament has a $10,000 guarantee and players can re-enter as many as five times during the 2.5-hour re-entry period. Lastly, the Sunday Supersonic has a hyper structure, a $50 buy-in, and a $5,000 guarantee. The tournament begins at 10 PM and late registration is only open for 45 minutes during which players can re-enter up to five times. 20. Sunday was supposed to be a big day for partypoker with the conclusion of their recently relaunched partypoker MILLION. The $215 buy-in tournament had multiple Day 1 flights throughout the week, a structure designed to give recreational players an opportunity to play without committing an entire Sunday. [ptable zone="Global Poker Article Ad"][ptable zone="888poker NJ"][ptable zone="GG Poker"] Problems arose early on Day 2 of the tournament when players who qualified earlier in the day, on Day 1D, were left out of the field. The event ran for just over an hour with players building stacks and busting in the money while Day 1D players were on the outside looking in. Once the tournament was finally paused, the company tweeted its resolution to the situation which saw the company pay out close to $600,000 from their own coffers. While that was going on, other events on partypoker, PokerStars and 888 poker went off seemingly without a hitch. The PokerStars Sunday Million drew 11,878 players with 'Ben_Apart' beating them all to win $119,637.71. Runner-up 'yodashutka' wound up with $89,812.73 and 'JulianPasare' took home $63,000.08 for a bronze medal performance. The partypoker $5,200 Sunday Big Game got one more player this week than last with 101 entrants. 'Patrick' topped the field to win $123,725 outright. 21. While partypoker is likely going to garner a lot of attention in the poker world this week for the partypoker Caribbean Poker Party event, on Sunday all eyes were on the third straight running of the partypoker MILLION final day as 749 runners returned for Day 2. The event had a $105,600 overlay and the final three players came to an agreement that saw each of them, including a Team partypoker Pro, walk away with a six-figure score. Through the six starting flights spread over the past week, the event drew a total of 4,472 players. Winner 'vem kikand' ended up taking home the biggest score of $114,876.70 as part of the deal. Runner-up 'theteacheray' pocketed $107,915.08 while partypoker Team Online pro Travis 'dramaticdegen" Darroch ended up with $106,308.22 as the third place finisher. Darroch tweeted immediately after busting the tournament. [ptable zone="Global Poker Article Ad"][ptable zone="888poker NJ"][ptable zone="GG Poker"] The biggest buy-in event on the partypoker Sunday schedule, the $5,200 Sunday Big Game had 84 entrants to blow well past the $300,000 guarantee and create a $420,000 prize pool. 'gastrader' almost turned the $5,200 buy-in into a six-figure score, earning $99,643.47 for winning the event after making a deal with eventual runner-up 'TopGirl' who earned $89,356.54. 'Tigerbluff' rounded out the podium finishers, winning $54,600 for his third place finish. The PokerStars Sunday Million was also subject to a deal. The final four players chopped up almost $281,000 before playing down to a winner. Belarussian 'kosilkO' ended up taking top spot and earned $79,345.41. Runner-up 'GOIANOVERDE' actually ended up taking home the biggest piece of the chop, earning $80,758.63 thanks to his chip lead at the time of the deal being made. Third place finisher 'fornado' earned $65,809.74 while 'YordanPetrov' picked up $55,886.48 for finishing fourth. The 888poker PKO Series came to conclusion on Sunday with 847 players piling into the $320 Main Event to push the total prize pool to $315,000 - $15,000 more than the guaranteed $300,000. 'pokanuktus' ended up getting the final KO on the day, eliminated 'BreakYaNeck9' in second place to capture the victory and a combined $42,792.43. 'BreakYaNeck9' took home $26,360.10 and third-place finisher 'Dedwa789' getting $16,803.03. While the PKO Series Main Event beat the guarantee, the recently launched $1,050 buy-in Dragon narrowly missed the $200,000 guarantee. The event drew 144 players and had 46 rebuys to generate $199,500 in prize pool (before fees) creating a small $500 overlay. 'lasochobi' topped the field to win the event outright and take home $46,000. Runner-up 'sweet_dr34ms' earned $32,000 while third place finisher 'M9yM9so' earned $24,300. 888poker ambassador Dominik Nitsche finished sixth to add $10,000 to his bankroll. partypoker $215 partypoker MILLION 4,472 entrants, $1,000,000 prize pool vem kikando - $114,876.70* theteacheray - $107,915.08* DramaticDegen - $106,308.22* Ingracia_dinha - $44,740 eddyrock - $30,750 Nicolasmajda888 - $20,890 lkjhfdswnv - $14,710.0 SicutiPegoraro - $9,490 partypoker $5,200 Sunday Big Game $300K Guaranteed 84 entrants, $420,000 prize pool gastrader - $99,643.47 TopGirl - $89,356.54 Tigerbluff - $54,600 Player123560423 - $37,800 Greenstone25 - $29,400 BlueMagic1 - $22,050 sims_or_sins... - $17,850 moneymonk2 - $14,700 partypoker $2,100 High Roller Gladiator $200K Guaranteed 118 entrants, $241,900 prize pool kristian150 - $22,603.47 + $40,392.19 in bounties wikidipidi - $22,579.84 + $6,398.44 in bounties onehundredeyez - $15,947.04 + $3,412.50 in bounties Bijzettafel - $11,295.82 + $2,362.50 in bounties sims_or_sins... - $8,305.74 + $5,775 in bounties The Undecided - $5,515.01 + $4,462.50 in bounties partypoker $530 High Roller Bounty Hunter $250K Guaranteed 386 entrants, $250,000 prize pool DerWendler - $14,837.78 + $14,549.91 in bounties BreakingheLAW - $14,817.78 + $5,932.42 in bounties B0bby_McGee - $10,173.71 + $3,629.90 in bounties AegonTargaryen - $7,143.24 + $4,309.75 in bounties BlindFold - $5,108.50 + $1,132.03 in bounties The_Show - $3,723.14 + $5,313.60 in bounties SETHERMAN.OA - $2,630.01 + $951.56 in bounties AliceGagnon1997 - $1,915.68 + $2,337.88 in bounties PokerStars $109 Sunday Million $1M Guaranteed 10,348 entrants, $1,034,800 prize pool kosilkO - $79,345.41* GOIANOVERDE - $80,758.63* fornado - $65,809.74* YordanPetrov - $55,886.48* iBreakU_U - $28,880.64 IAMtheSELF - $20,765.43 AdrianS_2506 - $14,930.50 YOLOBETS - $10,735.11 Bit2Easy - $7,718.57 PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller $85K Guaranteed 61 entrants, $122,000 prize pool Bomber&Granater - $32,770.30* Lena900 - $32,456.23* lasagnaaammm - $19,686.46 limitless - $14,186.79 H!tthehole - $10,223.52 x_zola25 - $7,367.45 prebz - $5,309.25 PokerStars $530 Bounty Builder High Roller PKO $350K Guaranteed 1,023 entrants, $511,500 prize pool mjw006 - $41,614.51 + $41,431.57 in bounties Tvieira1979 - $30,502.97 + $9,398.43 in bounties smir9david - $22,358.58 + $8,625.01 in bounties MITS 304 - $16,388.76 + $4,283.20 in bounties GamadGADOL - $12,012.90 + $765.63 in bounties silskyer - $8,805.42 + $1,640.63 in bounties bar-bar9999 - $6,454.33 + $4,628.90 in bounties Diogenesz - $4,731.01 + $1,635.00 in bounties lsurox - $3,467.84 + $1,000.00 in bounties PokerStars $215 Sunday Warm-up $115K Guarantee 701 entrants, $140,200 prize pool miniDanny028 - $24,325.93 josef_shvejk - $17,652.97 great dant - $12,810.76 Vinkyy - $9,296.76 Fresh_oO_D - $6,746.66 roo_400 - $4,896.05 level1pro - $3,553.07 ZingsMaster - $2,578.46 DanielLUCKY - $1,871.19 888poker PKO Series $300,000 Main Event $320 847 entrants – $315,000 prize pool pokanuktus - $28,507.50 + $14,284.93 in bounties BreakYaNeck9 - $20,475.00 + $5,885.16 in bounties Dedwa789 - $15,356.25 + $1,450.78 in bounties TrollKonst8 - $11,497.50 + $4,659.20 in bounties Kaiman.O-O. - $8,111.25 + $1,567.97 in bounties kinsQ - $6,536.25 + $1,598.44 in bounties MrGanjaman - $4,961.25 + $3,113.38 in bounties Madeon1994 - $3,480.75 + $3,283.01 in bounties valeriu94 - $2,016.00 + $506.25 in bounties 888poker $200,000 Dragon $1,050 144 entrants – $200,000 prize pool lasochobi - $46,000 sweet_dr34ms - $32,000 M9yM9so - $24,300 kiskitya23 - $18,000 Imyurfriend - $12,000 888Dominik - $10,000 ShowMustGo0N - $8,000 Nudinen - $6,000 PridvorD - $5,000

  25. One week after the partypoker MILLIONS Online dominated the online poker tournament scene, the best grinders returned to a fairly normal-looking Sunday Majors schedule. The partypoker MILLION had yet another overlay while PokerStars had a seasonal sale on some of their biggest tournaments, leading to a huge turnout of the PokerStars Sunday Million. The partypoker MILLION had 4,455 runners this week to fall $109,000 short of the $1,000,000 guarantee. That number is down 60 from the 4,515 turnout of a week ago. 'MStaplesDonk' picked up $153,350 for the outright victory while 'upagain' took home $107,050 as the runner-up. [ptable zone="Global Poker Article Ad"][ptable zgone="888poker NJ"][ptable zone="GG Poker"] The only other player who earned a six-figure score on partypoker on Sunday was 'HappyHarry66'. They beat out the other 81 entries in the $5,200 High Roller Sunday Big Game to earn $108,650. Second place went to 'BitchrByTrade' who earned $78,850 and 'BierKaptiaen' banked $53,300 for coming in third place. PokerStars offered players half-price discounts on some of their most-prestigious tournaments and the turnout for the Sunday Million should be proof that everybody loves a deal. The Sunday Million buy-in went from $109 to $54.50 and drew 33,317 runners to build a $1,665,850 prize pool. Unlike most weekends, the Sunday Million is a two-day event this week and 'SpinnrDinner' ended Day 1 with the chip lead with 7,007,473. No other player bagged more than 5,000,000. The PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up also had a 50% discount, going from a $215 buy-in to a $107.50 buy. The event drew 3,683 players and the final three players came to terms on a deal that spread $115,000 amongst them. 'FlaskeW' took home the title and $47,268.26 after the deal. Runner-up 'PREVED-_-l' pocketed $34,019.34 while third-place finisher 'poltim69' ended up with $34,328.33. partypoker $215 partypoker MILLION 4,455 entries, $1,000,000 prize pool MStaplesDonk - $153,350 upagain - $107,050 AsAgHaL - $68,700 misha17188 - $44,740 GringoSSa - $30,750 NoKing - $20,890 UniformHokkaido - $14,710 PhatToad - $9,490 partypoker $5,200 High Roller Sunday Big Game 82 entries, $410,000 prize pool HappyHarr66 - $108,650 BtchrByTrade - $78,850 BierKaptiaen - $53,300 dollar007 - $36,900 Player_1234 - $28,700 MoStack - $21,525 SpankyMcfarland - $17,425 Vamoos - $14,350 partypoker $530 High Roller Bounty Hunter 299 entries, $153,237.50 prize pool MrAlllll89 - $11,756.69 + $17,163.14 in bounties MeisterYoda - $11,741.58 + $4,573.27 in bounties Player_1234 - $8,240.65 + $2,223.02 in bounties BingoMandingo - $5,996.91 + $2,846.49 in bounties Labriout99 - $4,242.71 + $902.34 in bounties Goolgeris - $3,182.03 + $590.62 in bounties fAkETaXi87 - $2,243.74 + $2,977.74 in bounties Jus7TheB3st - $1,631.81 + $1,591.42 in bounties partypoker $320 Gladiator 755 entries, $232,540 prize pool NoToday - $15,910.70 + $16,560.45 in bounties avocado - $15,887.63 + $7,585.24 in bounties AliceGagnon19 - $11,618.47 + $4,087.02 in bounties Greenstone25 - $8,324.69 + $2,137.82 in bounties Kawhi_Tho - $5,809.23 + $3,727.82 in bounties PerritoMalvado - $3,668.99 = $1,813.30 in bounties PokerStars $54.50 Half Price Sunday Million 33,317 entries, $1,665,850 prize pool Top 10 Chip Counts SpinnrDinner - 7,007,473 102040 - 4,844,713 hahahasucker - 4,370,487 sorrel77 - 4,161,494 tatuKK - 3,996,122 jgp9725 - 3,964,011 dufcrab - 3,645,446 Romz28 - 3,581,553 groengras - 3,552,610 M4G1K87 - 3,332,907 PokerStars $107.50 Half Price Sunday Warm-up 3,683 entries, $368,300 prize pool FlaskeW - $47,268.26* PREVED-_-l - $34,019.34 poltim69 - $34,328.33* Freakstah - $18,209.56 Kazeev S.S. - $12,778.86 olle1FIN - $8,967.77 amontobin99 - $6,293.28 Realest-Bdon - $4,416.43 KINGJAQ - $3,099.31 PokerStars $530 Bounty Builder High Roller PKO 938 entries, $469,000 prize pool Elf Kicker - $38,641.00 + $34,261.86 jospi1313 - $28,323.42 + $5,609.62 Stakelis24 - $20,760.89 + $5,326.17 in bounties pvigar - $15,217.73 + $6,469.21 in bounties ImDaNuts - $11,154.55 + $437.50 in bounties doulas12 - $8,176.26 + $3,585.93 in bounties marlin5555 - $5,993.18 + $4,511.73 in bounties IsnapUcry - $4,392.98 + $2,207.34 in bounties DotComRicher - $3,220.03 + $2,980.47 in bounties PokerStars High Roller Club $1,050 Sunday Warm-Up 168 entries, $168,000 prize pool Sanderssi - $30,225.99 MonkeyBausss - $23,478.89 doulas12 - $18,237.97 vascaodf - $14,166.90 yadio - $11,004.58 YRWTHMELTHR - $8,548.14 harrychung - $6,640.04 gusmaa - $5,15784 girafganger7 - $4,250.23 888poker $215 Sunday Mega Deep 430 entries, $100,000 prize pool AceBluff88 - $19,350 SpiderMonk03 - $14,500 mikinads - $11,000 JogaProEven - $8,250 PokerJoe332 - $5,700 paraRC - $4,400 Jack_It_Up - $3,400 Dulce.Vitae1 - $2,400 GASTRADER1 - $1,750
