  1. Perhaps the only thing more fun than throwing some clothes in a duffle bag and hopping on a flight for a highly anticipated poker vacation is to do exactly that but with a couple of your best friends in tow. In their new promotion, 888poker is giving their players a chance to win a special trip to the UK to participate in the 888poker LIVE London Festival. More specifically, the package includes a stake to splash around in an exclusive “Bros vs. Pros” cash game as well as tickets to hit the pitch and watch a football match. Get Qualified First things first: on November 14 and 17 at 21:00 GMT (4:00 PM ET) players need to log-in and play in either (or both) of the two $1 buy-in Bros vs. Pros online qualifying events. The tournaments have an $888 guarantee, however - and this is important - they are password protected. It’s easy to discover the password though, players simply need to follow along with 888poker’s social media feeds where they will be given out. Once players uncover the password, register for the tournaments and survive to make the top five in either of the qualifiers. Then, the ten players who make it to the end will compete in the final 10-person Sit & Go on November 18, again taking place at 21:00 GMT (4:00 PM ET). The winner of that contest takes home the Bros vs Pros grand prize as well as gets to surprise two of their best friends with a VIP trip to London. The package is a fun one. It grants a seat into the £1,100 $500,000 GTD 888poker LIVE London Main Event, tickets to the upcoming football (soccer) match between the London Arsenal and the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and £1,000 stake for the Bros vs Pros cash game. Battle The Pros The Bros vs Pros cash game is an invite-only cash game featuring some of the game’s top names. 2017 World Series of Poker Main Event Champion Scott Blumstein, three-time WSOP Poker Players Championship Winner Michael ‘the Grinder’ Mizrachi, 888poker ambassadors Dominik Nitsche, Parker ‘tonkaaaa’ Talbot and Vivian Saliba will all be taking a seat and looking to battle with the Bros. The Bros vs Pros promotion is all part of the upcoming 888poker LIVE London Festival taking place at the Aspers Casino in London. The 24/7 poker action features 10 events over 12 days with $1 million in total guarantees. The festival boasts a schedule with the perfect events to satisfy everyone from the novice to the high roller. In addition to the Main Event, value seekers can hop into any of the five starting flights of the £220 Opening Event, which promises a five-figure score for the winner. For the shot takers, there is a £2,200 High Roller and a £5,000 Super High Roller. On the other end of the spectrum, there are plenty of low buy-in events for those who are looking to splash around or simply get their feet wet in a live environment. Qualifiers for the Bros vs Pros package are found under the Tournaments - Live Events tab in the 888poker client. Additionally, satellites for 888poker LIVE London Main Event packages are still taking place. 888poker LIVE London Festival takes place from November 22 - December 3. 2. 'benasg' came through a colossus 13,228 player-field in the PokerStars Sunday Million to turn $109 into $129,213. This was just the second week of the revamped lower buy-in event, and it once again proved popular with the prize pool set at $1,322,800. PocketFiver Jonathan 'Gil3000' Gill just missed out on a place at the final table, after he fell in 10th place, before 'parisjoe', 'Fieldmice1', 'FiltrMan', 'Japa Bill', 'XuYandex', and 'verkannt' departed to leave the final three. 'pharaohus' ultimately took the bronze medal for $68,043, before 'Barkieboy NL' just fell short of the title and walked away with $93,762, which left 'benasg' to claim the glory. A heads-up deal in the PokerStars $215 Sunday Warm-Up paved the way for 'dadowiec' to claim this week's title, with Finland's 'Hasseh922' finishing in second place. The entrants total once again crept over four-figures with 1,099 players creating a $219,800 prize pool. 'Tomatee' ended their deep run with a strong $18,437 score in third-place before the final two shook virtual hands on a money-deal. 'Hasseh922' then found themselves as the final player to hit the rail and took $28,847 for their share of the deal, as 'dadowiec' sat the top of the podium for $32,460. 'MCvisitor' defeated '8_Spizzico_9' heads-up to claim victory in the PokerStars $530 Bounty Builder High Roller for over $81,000. 1,090 entrants created a $545,000 prize pool, with 'Progre69' walking away with over $23,000 for a fourth-place finish. Phil 'philroyal888' Mighall took the bronze medal for $23,822 + $2,738 in bounties, before '8_Spizzico_9' fell at the hands of 'MCvisitor' and departed as runner-up with $32,500 + $7,809. 'Remi Lebo_10' just pipped Anatoly 'NL_Profit' Filatov to victory in the PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller and banked $53,919 in the process. The prize pool was set at $246,000 after 123 entrants stumped up the mega-bucks buy-in. Former PocketFives World #1 Calvin 'cal42688' Anderson claimed third place for $31,939, which left Filatov in pursuit of his third gold medal of 2019. But 'Remi Lebo_10' had other ideas and sent the Russian to the rail in second place for $41,498. But Filatov wasn't done there and continued his rich vein of form with a third-place finish in the partypoker $1,050 Sunday High Roller for $23,000. The partypoker ambassador's exit paved the way for a heads-up battle between 'haddoken' and 'RedDwarf9', and it was the former who held on to win the $44,260 first-place prize, with 'RedDwarf' having to settle for the $31,800 runners-up prize. The new partypoker $3,150 Super Sunday High Roller attracted 66 entrants and saw 'MisterN411' taking away the biggest share of the $200k guaranteed prize pool. partypoker ambassador Patrick Leonard was among those to reach the final table but departed in sixth place for $11,000. 'omgitsgiraf' secured the bronze medal worth $28,000 before 'aLiNeNok1617' found themselves hitting the rail as runner-up for $41,000, as 'MisterN411' picked up the $61,000 win. 888poker offered their player pool the rare opportunity to play 'rake free' this weekend, and the promotion saw bumper prize pools created. 743 entrants created a $154,600 prize pool in the $100k gtd $200 Sunday Mega Deep with 'Tedson89' getting the better of 'nixokoftis' heads-up to claim the $29,219 first-place prize. And in the $300 RakeLess Sunday Main Event, Michal 'wywrotx' Wywrot defeated Jans 'Graftekkel' Arends in the final battle to bank $25,137, with Arends having to settle for second place from the 441 player-field for $18,522.
