  1. [caption width="640"] Thomas ‘WushuTM’ Muhlocker won a TCOOP title the same week he won an Aussie Millions prelim event (Photo c/o Crown)[/caption] Thomas 'WushuTM' Muhlocker is having a pretty good week. Just four days ago the Austrian pro took down an Aussie Millions preliminary event for just over $30,000 US. On Saturday he grabbed a win on the virtual felt on Day 4 of the PokerStars Turbo Championship of Online Poker. Saturday’s action began with a victory for Belgium’s ‘girafganger7’, who bested 749 opponents to take first in the $700 buy-in No Limit Hold‘em Zoom tournament. With the help of 239 reentries, the prize pool easily surpassed its $300,000 guarantee, ballooning to nearly half a million dollars. 'girafganger', who nearly snagged a TCOOP title last year, banked a healthy $83,049 score after making a heads-up deal with ‘pilsuhng’. Eight countries were represented at the final table of the $7.50 No Limit Hold‘em Eight Max event that followed, but it was Russia’s ‘Dmitry1967’ who claimed the $33,943 first-place prize. Unsurprisingly, the low stakes event drew a large crowd, with 8,875 players generating a $242,894 prize pool. Rodrigo 'caprioli' Caprioli, who won Firday's $82 Six Max PLO event, gave Dmitry1967 a run for his money but ultimately finished in third place. Soon afterwards, the Russian grinder dispatched his final opponent, Ukraine’s ‘yarik1903’, in a mere five hands. Muhlocker, who once beat poker legend Daniel Negreanu heads-up in an EPT High Roller event, can now add TCOOP champion to his resume. The Austrian pro locked up a healthy $47,950 score in the $82 buy-in No Limit Hold‘em Turbo event, after making a three-way deal with Belgium’s ‘Eagle2319’ and Mexico’s ‘Ringelsdorf’, who took second and third respectively. WushuTM is also the proud owner of a 2015 SCOOP bracelet, putting him just a WCOOP title away from an elusive Triple COOP. Blink and you would’ve missed most of the action at the $82 No Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Six Max event, which played down to the final table in just one hour and 45 minutes. Just as Brazil’s Geraldo Cesar ‘GeraldoCesar’ Neto seemed close to claiming his second TCOOP title, UK’s ‘thehushpuppy’ turned the tables and bested his opponent for a $10,592 payday. Even so, Brazil made a strong showing, with GeraldoCesar’s compatriot, ‘LucasBenetti’, snagging fourth. 2. With the World Series of Poker well and truly in the books for another year, the online Sunday Majors saw some familiar names return to the tables to do battle for the richest prizes of the week. The PokerStars Sunday Million saw 5,916 entrants create a $1,183,200 prize pool with 'blackaces93' and 'keksi_sn' chopping heads-up, both taking away six-figure scores. 'luckyEVever' exited in third place for $78,672, which allowed the final two to agree to a deal. 'keksi_sn' added $125,930 to their bankroll and 'blackaces93' collected $145,930 after winning the heads-up battle to claim the remaining share of the prize pool and the Sunday Million title. 'DEX888' got the better of popular Twitch streamer Parker 'tonkaaaa' Talbot heads-up to come through a 89 player field and win the PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller for $42,184. Talbot banked a cool $31,947 for his second place finish after he beat off final table competition from 'AceSpades11' (3rd - $24,194), 'hello_totti' (4th - $18,323), Kristen 'krissyb24' Bicknell (5th - 13,876), Thomas 'WushuTM' Muhlocker (6th - 10,509), PocketFives Worldwide #1-ranked 'Lena900' (8th - $6,027.41) and Michael 'imluckbox' Addamo (9th - $5,178). 'donkno2' won a combined $66,000 for victory in the 749 player field PokerStars $530 Bounty Builder High Roller. Their victory came after a heads-up battle with 'nailuj90', who fell at the last hurdle and collected a total prize worth $36,000.There was a familiar name in the final podium spot as current world #2-ranked 'C.Darwin2' took the bronze medal along with $19,750. 'despedespi33' took down the PokerStars $215 Sunday Warm-Up and banked $32,944 after they battled through the 1,005 player field. 'bossamtisch' took the runners-up spot for $23,907, with 'SoCloseCall' awarded $17,349 for third place. Chris 'Ad_Finem' Kruk was the big winner across the partypoker network after he took down the $2,500 Super Sunday High Roller for $44,625. A prize pool worth $127,500 was created after 51 entrants took part, as Kruk banked the majority share. 'barrm111' took the silver medal alongside $29,962, with 'omgitsgiraf' the third place finisher for $19,125. Sweden's Johannes 'TrollKonst8' Korsar emerged victorious in the 888poker $1,050 The Whale and walked away with the $24,790 first-place prize. After 67 entrants created a $67,000 prize pool, the top six places were paid. 'Farrugia_1', 'tutten7', and 'WAFAL' all cashed before Alessandro 'ZeroNineee' Valli took third place for $10,050. 'cuadrado12' departed during the heads-up battle and collected $16,750, as Korsar took the gold medal. 3. Uruguay's 'pasula09' battled through a 10,232 field in the PokerStars $109 Sunday Million to turn $109 into $106,859. The guarantee was hit after the prize pool was set at $1,023,200, with a place at the final table of nine worth $7,632. After the field had been cut to just the final three, Brazil's José 'neto gol' Queiroz da Costa Neto picked up his second Sunday Million bronze medal three years after his first, and this time collected $55,238. The final battle saw former SCOOP champion Fedor 'ftruncev' Truntsev just missed out on adding another accolade to his poker CV, and departed as runner-up for $76,826, with 'pasula09' crowned the champion. Paul 'topdoll827' Newey defeated the recently unmasked 'bencb789' to win the PokerStars $2,100 Sunday High Roller for $37,895. The prize pool was set at $156,000 after 78 entries took part. Canada's Sam 'Str8$$$Homey' Greenwood took fifth place for $14,345, with Thomas 'WushuTM' Mühlöcker banking $18,288 in fourth. Mustapha 'lasagnaaammm' Kanit collected the bronze medal for $23,315, before 'bencb789' who this week revealed his identity to the world for the first time via his 'RaiseYourEdge' youtube channel, fell at the final hurdle for $29,724, as Newey picked up the win. The PokerStars $530 Bounty Builder High Roller title went to 'schocer' after they topped a 829 player-field to bank over $53,000. 'schocer' defeated 'ZiZZi_7707' heads-up to win the final bounty battle and collected $28,527 + $25,300 in bounties following a money-deal. 'ZiZZi_7707' added $32,178 + $18,167 to their bankroll as runner-up, with 'leitalopez' taking third place for $18,820 + $2,273. Thailand based American player got the better of 'LeslieGroves' heads-up, with the latter departing as runner-up with $18,494. 'LaurinKing' collected the bronze medal alongside $13,421. 'SchelampigaUhu' won $21,600 after beating Thomas 'onehundredeyes' Mühlöcker heads-up in the partypoker $1,050 Sunday High Roller DeepStack. The prize pool just crept over the $75,000 guarantee after 76 entries took to the tables, and 'mogvision' took away $10,260 in third-place, paving the way for 'SchelampigaUhu' to win the final battle, and eliminating Mühlöcker into second-place for $14,820. Over on GGPoker, 'LaurisL91' and 'ImLividBuddy' both added Sunday Blade $5k titles to their names. Both players came through 32 player-fields to claim their respective wins and were each awarded with a top prize worth $64,840.
