If you play on Borgata Pokeror PartyPoker, two legal and regulated online poker rooms in New Jersey, you’re in for a treat. The two sites, which share the same player pool, are crowning New Jersey’s Next Poker Millionaire. According to PartyPoker’s website, “We’re looking for eight players with the will to sit down and play at our New Jersey’s Next Poker Millionaire table at the Borgata in Atlantic City on February 1. On offer is a cool $1 million prize package put aside solely for the winner.”

The $1 million prize package awarded as part of the promotion also includes a World Poker Tour Alpha 8 Super High Roller seat worth $100,000, a World Poker Tour Championship seat worth $15,000, two entries to $3,500 World Poker Tour events held at the Borgata worth $7,000 combined, 52 tournament entries to the Sunday $50,000 worth $10,400 total, and $8,000 in live tournament entries at Borgata. That’s a lot of live poker tickets. If you run deep with any of them, you could be in line for a substantial payday.

According to PartyPoker’s website, “The balance of $859,600 will be credited into the winners’ online player account.”

The prizes up for grabs for the eight players in the final sit and go are as follows:

1st Place: $1 million package
2nd Place: $25,000 + WPT/Borgata live package
3rd Place: $10,000 + WPT/Borgata live package
4th Place: $5,000 + WPT/Borgata live package
5th Place: $4,000 + WPT/Borgata live package
6th Place: $3,000 + WPT/Borgata live package
7th Place: $2,000 + WPT/Borgata live package
8th Place: $1,000 + WPT/Borgata live package

Semifinals are held on Sundays at 6:30pm Eastern Time starting December 1. Daily freerolls, point qualifiers, and new member freerolls qualify players for the weekly semis. The freerolls take place seven times a day and send the top 25 in each to the weekly semifinals. The point qualifiers have a buy-in of one point, take place five times daily, and send the top 50 to the semis.
