Nevada Weekday Tournament Review for December 13, 2013
This week, Ultimate Poker held four tournaments, the $2,500 Nightly events. There were 123 runners generating a prize pool of $12,103 and paying a total of 20 spots. The highest cash this week went to ‘Rick2007’ for $1,437.79.
The player with the most cashes this week was Phil USCphildo Collins (pictured), an Ultimate Poker Team U Pro and PocketFiver, with third, fourth, and fifth place finishes earning him a total of $940. Other players cashing in more than one event this week on Ultimate Poker included ‘BUDDA’ (two cashes for $794 total), ‘oceanso7’ (two cashes for $1,048), and ‘Rick2007 with a first and a second place cash for $2,187.
WSOP.com ran its $3,000 events as scheduled. Only one had an overlay, $75, with the rest exceeding their guarantees. There were 222 runners and a total prize pool of $13,200. The player with the highest cash was ‘ElJefeGrande’ for $1,051.25.
Three players had the distinction of having three cashes this week: ‘BShriever5’ for $979, ‘catfoodplate’ for $1,567, and ‘ihavefaith’ for $1,151. Other players with two cashes this week included ‘_Saint_’ for $402, ‘imagine27 for ‘ $543, ‘partyk’ for $314, and ‘wmagik2’ for $784.
Ultimate Pokerand WSOP.com are the only two legal and regulated online poker rooms in Nevada.
