In Nevada, WSOP.com kicked off its weekend with six major events including the Weekend Warm-Up $5,000 Guarantee and the Re-Entry R&A $3,000 Guarantee on Saturday. WSOP.com had 361 runners vying for the 48 available prizes totaling $42,650. One of the events was a $215 buy-in with the top prize of an entry to the 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event worth $10,000.

The player with the highest individual cash this weekend on WSOP.com was VPIHokie1970in the WSOP Main Event Qualifier, winning a $10,000 seat. Impressively, VPIHokie1970 also took down the $15,000 Sunday event, winning $4.560. This brings his unofficial winnings for 2014 to a whopping $31,000 in less than three months into the year. He assures us that an interview is forthcoming!

This weekend saw Ultimate Poker run five major events. There were 205 runners fighting for the 28 prize spots available, totaling $24,218. The player with the highest individual cash was BrownPridein the Sunday $10,000 for $2,900. That event had an overlay of $2,174, as the guarantee was not met.
