PocketFives member Max yipyiphupbupRotko of Finland more than tripled his previous career online tournament cash total over the weekend by taking down the PokerStarsSunday Million weekly flagship event for $149,235. The five-way final table deal also included Pedro The MayorDemeyere of Brazil (pictured), who earned $97,565 for his official 4th place finish while dowghsantos (also of Brazil) was awarded $36,902 for 6th place.
Longtime P5er kcruse11posted a runner-up performance in the Stars Sunday Warm-Up and collected $57,341. Meanwhile, Serbia’s bgatlanta(ranked #328 worldwide) captured an outright victory in the Sunday Supersonic for $44,737. He was able to outlast fellow member and #83 ranked 1bigacehole of Canada, who received $33,385 for 2nd place.
PocketFiver kyleeOMCof the United Kingdom (ranked #436) was victorious in the 888 Poker$150k Guaranteed “Mega Deep” tournament and collected $28,125. Germany’s Relaxing took home $22,281 upon outlasting more than 37,400 opponents in the Stars Sunday Storm and ending his run in 2nd place. There was a three-way chop in that tournament.
