Brazil’s rodrigo garrido portaleoni took home $166,746 over the weekend for winning the PokerStars Sunday Million after a 4-way chop.
Canada’s fournnand Smoothmover also earned big paydays as part of this deal, earning $98,249 and $130,714, respectively, for their third and fourth place finishes.
Russia’s Booglemanand former PocketFives #1 ranked player Christopher NigDawG Brammer from the United Kingdom earned big paydays during a heads-up chop of the PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up for $85,255 and $75,255, respectfully.
Another former PocketFives #1 ranked player had a big day in the PokerStars Sunday 500. United Kingdom’s Patrick pleno1Leonard (pictured), who is currently ranked #9 in the world, should move up the Rankings when they update on Wednesday after shipping this tournament for $52,556. Portugal’s Edgar Zaureos Oliveira finished in second place in this tournament for $37,840.
Jareth jareth3542 East was another big winner this weekend. He claimed an outright victory in the Full Tilt Sunday Major for $41,460.
