One of Greg "DuckU" Hobson's largest cashes came in September '08 when he took 2nd in the $10k NLHE WCOOP Event #5 for $459,000. He also made online poker headlines in 2007 when he won Sunday major tournaments on Full Tilt Poker in back-to-back weeks. He followed that up with an outright victory in the Full Tilt $1k Monday for $82k, and a win in the Ultimate Bet Online Championship Event #4 for $55,700. In November 2008, Greg won the FTOPS X NLHE Heads-Up Shootout Event #21 for $87,000. Greg has a victory in the PokerStars $1k Super Tuesday for $78,000 (November '10) along with a runner-up finish in the Full Tilt $1k Monday for $54,600.
In June 2012, Hobson won his first WSOP bracelet in a $1,500 NLHE Ante Only event and pulled in $256,000. He defeated fellow P5er Mike "SowersUNCC" Sowers heads-up in that tournament.
