Steve "gboro780" Gross has been one of the top online tournament players in the world since 2005. He won the Monthly PLB for February '09 by the closest margin ever; edging out "moorman1" by only 0.39 points to become MPLB champion. This PocketFives Triple Crown winner has impressed much of the poker world with his knowledge of the game and his easy-going personality. Steve's victory in the FTOPS XI Event #10 ($1.5m Guaranteed) in February '09 was good for $275,600.

In 2008, Steve had two outright victories in the AbsolutePoker $150k Guaranteed Saturday flagship tournament for a combined $78,000. He also had two wins in the AbsolutePoker $1k Weekly tournament in back-to-back months for $34k each. His third-largest online tournament cash to date came in January '09 when he placed 2nd in the Full Tilt Poker $1 Million Guaranteed for $126,500. In the early morning hours of April 8th, 2009, Steve battled heads-up against fellow PocketFiver Andy McLEOD in the PokerStars SCOOP $3,000+150 6-max Mixed Hold'em event; placing 2nd for $128,000 following a one-on-one competition that was enjoyed by many in the online poker community.

Shaun Deeb's name became synonymous with "high volume" early on in his career, earning him a spot atop the PokerStars Yearly Tournament Leaderboard. He is a PocketFives Triple Crown winner who won the March '09 Monthly PLB title after posting victories in the PokerStars $100 Sunday rebuy for $75.8k, the Full Tilt $100 rebuy for $41.5k, the Stars $100k Guaranteed for $28.2k and the Stars Nightly Hundred Grand for $21,700 within a period of one week. He also had a 2nd place effort in the $100 Sunday rebuy during that month for nearly $50k.

His largest NLHE online tournament cash came in the early morning hours of August 11th, 2008, when he won the FTOPS Heads-Up Event #9 for $115,000. That win came only three months after he took down the PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up for $102,500. In September '08, he won the $300 PLO rebuy WCOOP Event #25 for $144k. In January '09, Shaun won the PokerStars $1k Super Tuesday for $81,800.

His other online accomplishments include an outright victory and 3rd Place finish in the Full Tilt $1k Monday for a combined $125,000, plus another 3rd Place showing in the Full Tilt $750k Guaranteed for $52,500.
