888 is looking for player feedback in the form of a town hall this Saturday.

With competition in the New Jersey online gaming market on the rise, Garden State operators are working diligently to promote their US brands and fine-tune their products to keep current players happy. 888, for its part, is taking a novel approach to gathering feedback from customers and plans to hold a New Jersey town hall meeting Saturday, May 21.

“Online gambling in New Jersey has grown to be a $150+ million industry in just over 3 years,” the company said in a press release. “888 was one of the first movers in the market, and its software powers 888poker/casino, WSOP.com and Harrah’s online casino in the Garden State.”

The inaugural meeting is being held at The Fireside Grill on 135 S. Main St. in Marlboro, NJ from 1-3pm. Attendees will enjoy complimentary refreshments and have the chance to pick up some 888poker swag.

Players are encouraged to attend and discuss their experience on the site, and offer their thoughts and ideas about how the product can be improved.

“We want to know what we are doing well, what we need to improve, and what new things players would like to see,” continued the release. Company reps will also be on hand to answer any questions from players and media.

Those interested in attending can RSVP by sending a message to the company’s social media accounts, Facebook.com/888pokerUSA or @888pokerNJ on Twitter.

New Jersey’s 888poker/casino software offers a full suite of poker and table games and runs on the All American Poker Network (AAPN), a joint venture between 888holdings and Avenue Capital. The company also gives players the ability to play on the go with free Android and iOS apps.
